Nad/ Lipo C
So I got a NAD 1000mg from Glow Aminos How much BAC water should I add? And I bought the Lipo C too in 216 mg but it comes mix already in liquid form. Does anyone know what is the dose for starting on Lipo C?

Lipo-c is going to be 100 units 1 to 2 times a week. The NAD is something that I would recon with 500 units of BAC Water and then put your desired dose into the reconstitution calculator on glowwithheather.com and figure out your unit intake. Get super familiar with the recon calculator there and you will feel so empowered! We are here if you need us. :)

Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend 13mg/3mg. What starting dose? 2 or 3 mL of bac water? Take at night?

Kiristie, I am so excited for you to start this blend. You will want to recon with 130 units. Dose it at 1mg which is 10units. :)
