Usually i will do three to five times each week. Use dumbells, barbell, elastic rope and spinning bike. I like to workout my muscles. I want big muscles. But nowadays i don't want to use heavy lifts. It's so cold. When the wheather being warmer, I'll make a plan to do harder. If you know what i mean. 😅🤣

Yeah..I know.. trying to map out who likes who in this friend group is like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube that's actively fighting you..LOL Btw @Ryo Takayama , this Rick is definitely not you ok? LoL Remember: - This one isn’t only about speed. But you can speed it up if you want to..I did. - Try to say it at a comfortable pace and focus on being as clean and accurate as possible. - Also, try to create a beat by snapping your fingers or tapping the table so you can feel the rhythm.
