You guys! Today is a great day for me. It's been eight days since I stopped making excuses for starting. These pics represent how my meals have looked like for eight days straight. I starting my weight loss and healing in my body journey and honestly, I wont stop now. This has been so incredibly revealing for me. The enemy doesnt want me feeling right in my energy. The enemy doesnt want me to stop feeling the guilt from not taking care of my temple. He doesnt want me to know that if I can have dominion over what I eat, everything else that needs change is gonna be easy to do. And he most definetely doesnt want me to feel the joy Ive been feeling from enjoying clean, healthy, enriching meanls. Oh! And he for sure didnt want me to know that my money that has so much purpose was being spent like crazy in more expensive meals that were making me feel sick. Honestly I dont want this post to inspire you to eat well, I want this post to inspire you to cut the *blank* and finally start doing what you've been postponing. The devil is a liar, there's is a huge blessing in doing what the Lord told you to do. The Lord has been telling me to do this for 2 years (thank you God there's no shame for me🙏🏻) God is good, and what I'm naming these week is "The miracle sometimes is in your obedience" PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!! Its not vanity why Im changing, its because the Lord has purpose with me, my family and my generations 🙌🏻❤️ I want to thanks sister Ester for the inspiring post she shared the other day, Stephanie for being such an angel and having such a divine calling for helping others with weight loss, beautiful Ari for having such a grace to hold me for a second before I gain strength again, and Everett of course, for instead being a rockstar at holy spiritual slaps that give you an urgency to change. Your life will change as soon as you change. If you’re having difficulty in any specific area that’s a warning that you need to change something. Pain is a warning from your body of danger, internal or external. Why do we experience pain in life and blame others, circumstances or expect things to change as we continue doing the same things? These following scriptures are going to give you the secret to life… God gave us seeds and inside the seed is your Harvest. “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.” ‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1‬:‭29‬ ‭KJV‬‬ But seeds are not only physical… “A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; And with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.” ‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭2‬-‭4‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Last night I made it into Tampa. Pastor Williams asked, How was everything? I said great. He then asked, “Was there turbulence…” and I paused. You see there was but it was so normal to me that I had to remember we had it. I had a great flight… but I had left out a lot of details… I had actually missed my flight from Sai Paulo to Orlando. The kiosk to check in said it was too early to check in at 9AM… so I got something to eat and waited until 10AM. At 10AM it still didn’t work and there was a super long line to talk to a person. I heard the Lord say, “Go to Terminal 3 When I arrived there was no line. I go up to the desk, hand the lady my info and she says… boarding closed 10 min ago. I wasn’t phased, worried, I just asked, “How can I get on the next flight?” She started typing and 5 min later she handed me a boarding pass. But something was off… I was thinking I needed to spend the night in São Paulo. The flight was leaving in 2 hours. She didn’t ask me for any money… just pointed me to where to go. 🥹🙌 I started thanking God but I felt convicted. Why wasn’t I thanking God before the miracle? When I landed I couldn’t find my luggage… 2 different lanes and no luggage. But I started thanking God. Boom my luggage was off to the side. THIS IS MY POINT: I had been on so many flights and trips where things have gone wrong and worked out that my faith has been built… in that particular area. I almost expect something to go wrong and then work out fine. Some of you know I missed my last flight to Brazil 🇧🇷… practically I’m learning but Spiritually my faith is being built. I’m not saying this to glorify myself. This has been years of “adventures” near tragedies, that all worked out, BUT there are other areas where when something little happens… I freak out. Other areas where things still bother me. Those are areas where the test still need to be passed.
