Wonderful article. I lost my younger brother and only sibling almost 8 years ago. Through my grief journey, I did find meditation helpful at first. I stumbled upon Yoga Nidra while looking for some insomnia sleep meditation and my goodness, I slept like a rock that night! It was something I had never heard of and I am grateful to have come across this wonderful practice that gives me the inner strength, and rest, to make it through another day. I greatly appreciate you Ayla, because you live your truth and have been on the other side with having cancer at such a young age. You're very talented, positive and passionate about your work and that's so beautiful that you can share this gift of Yoga Nidra with us as well through so many people's own battles they fight everyday. ❀️
