Let us know your goals
This is where you post your ‘big’ goal and your benchmark goals The benchmarks are like mini goals to help ensure you’re on track I’ll be doing a video over the weekend explaining different aspects and how to select a goal if you’re unsure I’ll post mine in first comment 💪 @Lisa Cowan

I want to get more flexible and a bit stronger. Not a huge goal, more of a starting point, and then I can decide what the next steps might be. I wanted to pick things I can work on in the house by myself because I only really like doing exercise and activities in a group. So, rightly or wrongly, I've picked 3 mini goals. 1. Touch my toes. I'm miles off being able to do that just now so I'll need to figure out a structured plan. 2. Hold a plank for 3 minutes. I don't know how long I can hold one now but it won't be 3 minutes, that's for sure. Why did I pick 3 minutes? It just seemed like a time that might be achievable but would be hard to get to. 3. Do 25 properly formed pressups. I can do pressups but I don't think I'm doing them properly because my arms are out to the side rather than directly below me. This might be tougher than it sounds because I've got an issue with my elbow but I'm going to give it a go So there you go Craig. That's what I'm hoping to achieve. Not particularly grand and maybe not what you were looking for, but if I can achieve all of the above, or at least be better at them than I am now, i will be happy.
Right Hubbers ( bad name ?🤣) let’s kick this off
If you could only pick ONE health or fitness goal to nail before Christmas, what would it be? Lose a stone? Fit into that outfit that’s been sitting in the wardrobe? Hit 3 gym sessions a week without fail? Run a 5K without stopping? Whatever it is — big or small — drop it in the comments below ⬇️

Semi-retired. Not very flexible, not very strong but reasonably fit when I'm not out with an injury
