Day 2
Perfectionist and people pleasing (also invisible one).. see it’s turned into caretaker and controller in certain situations. It's been a lot to handle. I loved being creative with crafts, art, baking, playing outdoors. Micro task steps 1. pick made decorative origami box for neighbor 2. fill with chosen things 3. write note/card 4. pick time to go there and what I’ll say 5. go

@Linda Grade Thank you Linda, I really appreciate your honesty and encouragement! What an interesting and not so fun progression huh? I am glad that you are getting clarity and finding ways to care for yourself too :) I will try to keep remembering to also have compassion for myself as I'm trudging through some of the muckiness that's settled in to my nervous system. Blessings!!
Day 3 meditation
I have a migraine today, slept in and now have run the replay. I Just finished the meditation. Visualizing myself in my daily life as it is...no problem. When Jim said step out of that person into the other person, I immediately saw myself standing at a door, with drink in hand, shaking my head and turning and walking away from the whole mess! What does THAT say about me!! 😁I couldn't help it, I started laughing! I finally got it together and worked on seeing myself finishing tasks. But in truth, when I am away from here, I am much more relaxed, and don't have as much anxiety as I do at home.

i think meditation will be a key for you in helping reframe situations!
Day 3
Old belief: I’m doing this life wrong Origin: being in trouble/misunderstood for what I was not taught, how to handle abnormal toxic interaction from sibling Reframe: they were in the wrong, and I was trying my best each day though it got worse Identity statement: I am the kind of person who wants to learn/grow, and can decipher what to do, while holding my peace (remain in expanded state of fun, joy, intelligence rather than rattled, restricted, and abused). Debugging in progress:
Day 3 Done!
The belief that's been holding me back most: "There goes another unproductive day." when I'm not motivated to do the tasks I need to do that I find so VERY and absolutely BORING. Where it came from: People telling me I'm wasting my day or I need to stop procrastinating. My new code: "Today didn't go the way I intended, but a hard day isn't a permanent pattern." OR "My capacity was lower than my expectations today. What friction stopped me?" OR "I didn't complete [X], but I survived a day of high mental friction. Restoring my baseline is still valid work." OR "Today is over, and I don't need to earn my sleep. I will set up just one microscopic step for tomorrow morning." My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who is capable of starting tasks, even boring ones, and is capable of completing tasks and entire projects." Debugging in progress...

thank you for sharing, those reframe/codes seem helpful!
Day 2 Done!
The mask I've been wearing most: Invisiable not seen How exhausting it's been: being someone im not has lost me a lot of time friends etc What I loved as a kid fishing : being with family fishing with my dad reading Friction Audit complete, this are the exact steps i have to take: Sending that email to my auntie 1. Open my email 2. Click "new message" 3. Type the person's name 4. Write 2-3 sentences (not a novel) 5. Press send

I can relate to being the invisible one as I didn't know how to show up as myself so people lost interest. Just think of the ones that will soon appreciate knowing someone that has come into their own self/space with joy and warmth to share :)
