Fitness + Health = Resilience! 💜
I loved your question, Leanne, about what one habit energizes you...and for me this one also lifts my spirit like nothing else can! ☺️ I love taking a walk in an open space, lots of fresh air, the sun beaming down on me...and playing some great music on my headphones to cap it all off! 😄💖🔅https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPmlJd6WZMo&t=1s

The Smallest Health Habit That Makes the Biggest Difference
We often think improving our health means doing more… more exercise, more rules, more willpower. But over the years, I’ve learned that it’s usually the smallest habits that make the biggest difference. Not the ones that look impressive. The ones you can actually stick to. For me, it’s movement every single day - even when it’s gentle, even when it looks nothing like it used to. Just moving my body in a way that supports my nervous system changes my mood, my mindset, and how I show up for the rest of the day. Small habits compound. A short walk. A few deep breaths. Drinking more water. Sitting down to eat instead of rushing. Going to bed a little earlier. These aren’t dramatic, but they’re powerful. Resilience is built in these moments. The ones that are easy to overlook, but make everything feel a little more manageable. So I’m curious… What’s the smallest health habit that makes the biggest difference for you? Something simple you come back to when life feels busy or overwhelming. Let me know below.

I've found a way to combine a few of my favorite health habits into one outing! 😎 I really enjoy going to a bench on our walking track and do my lymph drainage and stretching exercises...all while bathing in this glorious sunlight! 🔅 Then...I'll walk a few laps while listening to my favorite program "The Rhythm Revue" on WBGO.org! ☺️
New exciting Resilience Chat format starting starting next week !
A big shout out to @Philip Langat and @Maatu King who joined the Resilience chat this week and offered some great suggestions. Starting next week the weekly chat will take on a new format. We will be going through the Resilience Road map and then the Resilience Reboot each week. We will be working through the course together . The aim is to set some intentions around resilience with every day examples you can use in your own life. The first week next week will be an overview of the road map which can be found in the classroom. I hope you can join us ? Mark it in your calendar now and I will see you there.

Who’s in for an Accountability Partner?
I absolutely love @Maatu King's post RE Accountability Partners — thank you for putting it out there! Accountability can make such a difference, especially when you’re working on goals that matter to you. It’s something I’ve seen again and again… when we try to do everything on our own, it’s easy to lose momentum. But when someone else knows what you’re aiming for, it helps you stay focused, consistent, and motivated. What I also really love about what Maatu said is the emphasis on connecting with real people in the community. That’s exactly what this space is for. The courses and workshops are great, but the magic often happens in the conversations between members - supporting each other, sharing progress, and checking in when things feel hard. For anyone reading this and thinking, “Yes, that would help me too”, consider this your invitation. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to show up and support someone else as well. If you’re open to having an accountability partner, reply below and let us know: • what you’re working towards • how often you’d like to check in (weekly, fortnightly, casually) • what kind of support helps you most Let’s use this thread to help people find their match. Connection and accountability go hand in hand and they’re a powerful way to build resilience together. If you want to take accountability a step further, this is something we go deeper into inside the Resilience Masterclass. In Module 9, we focus on turning intentions into a clear action plan and building accountability mechanisms that actually help you follow through — not through pressure, but through support and structure. If you’re ready to stop slipping back into old habits and want tools that help you stay on track, you can access the Masterclass under the classroom tab above when you’re ready. Happy Monday!

Hey Leanne! 👋🏽 This video was prompted by a new group I just joined "The School of Yoga Lifestyle." I'd love an activity/accountability partner(s) that would like to encourage one another to...not just study the wealth of info from this group, but the plethora of info in the Resilience Academy Classroom as well! 😄 I desire to adopt LIFESTYLE changes that leads to an upgrade in my daily habits/routines...that cares for the body & Spirit thru exercise, diet, mindfulness, etc.! 😃 I welcome weekly contact..even more than that if that's how it works out. 🤗 (I'm CST, north of Houston, Tx, so it's almost 7:30pm, Sunday evening now.)
Anyone care for an Accountability Partner? ☺️
Hey Everybody! I'm truly glad to be here...and would love to connect with folks who also believe they would benefit with an Accountability Partner! 😄 The Classroom environment on these Skool groups are great. And I really like sitting in on Zoom workshops hosted by the Group Founders as well. ☺️ But, I believe it would be so cool to be able to connect with legit, group members to help keep one another motivated. 😎

I see your Resilience Chat is coming up this Sunday, Leanne! 😃 I just scheduled a shift to work around that time, so I may not be able to make it this Sunday, but will definitely save it on my Google Calendar as a recurring event. 😊

I will make the Resilience Chat tonight...even though I may have to be a few minutes late. I think it would be a good place for me to start and get a feel for the rest of the Members. ☺️
