Sotd: Y EDP
Just a chill and casual day. Went with a blinder today. Significant dent on this bad boy so gotta check how the newer batches are and see if i like them. Otherwise i would start searching for older batches or find alternatives. Any suggestions?

An easy choice sure to please
SOTD: Guerlain L’Homme Ideal Extreme
A new addition to my collection and on first wear I can say this takes my #2 spot over Ideal EDP. Still have Homme EDP at #1. This starts off with a blast of nutty spice from the almond and pink pepper with just a touch of bergamot. Does not come of citrusy at all. The open is short lived at about 15 minutes. After that a nice juicy plum mixes in with the almond. The plum note is excellent. I don’t pick up any cinnamon and I think the almond is coming from the Heliotrope since it’s a softer more powdered smell. The plum stays for a good amount of time and gives the tobacco note a nice sweet twist. I can detect some woods but not so much on the leather. Overall performance is good, I’m a little less than 4 hours in and get about arms length projection. Fragrantica says this is a fall/winter frag but I think you can get away with this one year round

Baccarat Rouge and Creed Aventus
So my question is this…..admitting that the term “worth it” means something different to most people and admitting that everyone has different likes and dislikes when it comes to frags……are Baccarat Rouge and Creed Aventus worth the price tag? Do they blow all other frags out of the water and that warrants the price? I find it hard to believe that they are that much better than most others.

Never pay retail is my thing when you can avoid it. Especially for the major houses. Some niche and Indie you have no choice

Good day gentlemen. Decided to give this another go. Very nice. Most unique one I’ve tried from this guy. I too back the discovery set. Too similar to other stuff I have.

@Phil H sounds good, I think the best ones from the house are Citizen Jack Absolute and Ginger+Mist.
