Hi everyone, I remember there was a call a while ago with a company offering their fulfillment services. There are a few of us in the community finding the fulfillment part to slwo down our growth velocity. What do you all think? What are resoruces you're using? Anyone up for sharing some fulfillment hires?

@Frank Y. Yes we have two versions of Onboarding. Platinum (DWY) this is where we coach them through what is next, but the client still has to do it on their own. Premium (DFY) this is a full Done For You service. Your client fills out an intake form, we build out the sub-account, submit for A2P, etc. Then your client gets on a call to link all their password protected stuff (Socials, Payments, Calendars, etc). Both plans include 4 1:1 sessions of onboarding. I'm not sure I understand this question: "And in the course of the subscription can we relieve one account to make room for others?"

HL Workflow Challenges

Hey everyone, I am having trouble with my workflows and webhooks. The instructions are not very clear to me. Does anyone have a picture of the workflow, or any other info on how to connect this? I'm having issues with inbound and outbound. I'm trying to get it where when my main number is called, assistable Ai takes the call.

Update: Killswitches, HD calling, Channel-Dynamic Greeting & More

Its been a long time since ive been able to get on here and make a video over everything. Honestly, Im just very grateful for how far we've come and the support that we have. TLDR; Channel killswitches available for chat, 'ai_off' as a killswitch for contacts, HD calling is available, new partnership in the phone number space giving us access to full number management and reverse-integration to GHL, direction specific variable(s) for calling allowing you to change it for inbound and outbound, lite CRM development & openai top-off failure fallbacks and checks. Sappy stuff: I remember making videos about the ability to conversationally book (over 2 years ago) and now we are doing things that I could only dream up for AI usage. It took 2 years, 2 months and 3 days for us to become an overnight success. Its all in part by the amazing community going out and deploying, giving feedback and us listening and building. There is ups and downs, but I think we are doing something amazing because of you and your involvement in the 'AI gold rush'. I'm grateful to build along side you.
