Bootcamp
Hi everyone, My name’s Amin, and I’m based in Birmingham. I had a great chat today with Mr. Lawrence Reffell, who was absolutely fantastic — he went through everything in detail and helped me book the Bootcamp Commercial Conversion Course for 23rd–25th February 2026. He answered all my questions and really put me at ease. I’ve got around 10 years of experience in BTL and BRRR, and I’m now excited to start a new chapter by learning about commercial conversions. I’m particularly interested in opportunities across the West Midlands and East Midlands. Really looking forward to meeting everyone and learning together

Boot camp Day 3
Good morning, could you let me know what time the Bootcamp finishes on day 3, I need to book a train. Also how far is the venue from the train station?! Thanks

Hi Joe, I can see you are yet to book your bootcamp. Our structure is slightly changing in the new year but the last day of bootcamp tends to finish slightly early (around 4:30pm) to allow people to get home. To compensate for this we tend to run late the day before (finishing around 7pm). The Brentwood station is around a 30 minute walk from the venue but there is a bus-stop outside the venue.

Hi everyone, my name is chadia, I recently joined the Serviced Accommodation Scholarship programme. I am a Social worker and an entrepreneur, I currently run an air BnB business, I am looking at scaling this, therefore I am looking for potential partners to help me achieve this. So far am very impressed with how supportive the team has been. The on boarding call from Lawrence Refell was excellent. He was able to explain all the programme in detail and gave me the confidence I needed to get started. He was very friendly and professional. I am very excited to be part of this group and I am looking forward to meeting you all at some point, hopefully in the next Bootcamp.
