🔥 Member Spotlight: Pat Just Submitted Her Book! 🔥
Today I’m celebrating @Pat Terrell for a HUGE milestone… she just completed the Premium Book Challenge and officially submitted her book for publishing! 🙌 Now she’s in that phase we all know too well… refreshing Amazon every day waiting for it to go LIVE 👀📚 (honestly one of the most exciting parts). Pat shared this in the group and it meant so much: “It was so impactful and well designed. It took me straight to completion!” This is exactly why I built the Book Challenge...to help you go from idea → DONE without getting stuck. And it gets even better… 👇As a Premium member, Pat will be getting a 24-hour pinned Book Spotlight in the community once her book goes live 🎉 If you’ve been sitting on your book idea, this is your sign. 👉 Ready to publish your first book? Level up to Premium and get the exact step-by-step system to make it happen.

TikTok Shop Is a Goldmine for Authors (Here’s Why)
💰 Did You Know You Can Sell Your Author Copies on TikTok Shop? Yes… and it’s a BIG opportunity 👀 Last year, I personally generated about $14K in book sales just by selling my Amazon author copies through TikTok Shop. Here’s how it works in a simple, real-world way… First, you’ll need to set up your TikTok Shop account. I’ll be honest, this part can feel a little frustrating. The setup process hasn’t always been the smoothest, but once you’re approved, you’re good to go. If you haven’t done this yet, I’d start here. Next, you’ll want to order your author copies from Amazon. I usually recommend starting with around 50 copies so you have inventory ready to fulfill orders. Once your books arrive, you can list your product directly inside TikTok Shop and officially start selling. From there, the real work begins...and that’s content. You need to be consistently posting videos about your book. This doesn’t have to be complicated. You can do talking head videos, faceless clips, voiceovers while flipping through the pages—whatever feels easiest for you. What matters most is consistency. The more you show up, the more opportunities you give your book to get discovered. When it comes to shipping, I personally handled everything myself. I bought envelopes and labels, printed out customer information, and shipped each order manually. It’s not glamorous, but it works. There are third-party fulfillment options out there, but I wouldn’t recommend jumping into that until you’re seeing consistent sales, since it can become a bigger upfront investment. I got so busy with engaging the community I paused on TikTok Shop this year, but I’m planning to bring it back into my Q2 strategy because the opportunity is still there. Curious… does this inspire you to open a TikTok Shop and try it for your books?

This is cool!
Reaching Your Audience With Your Title
Most books don't fail because of bad content. They fail because nobody can find them. Your title and subtitle are doing 80% of the heavy lifting before anyone even opens your book. If your title doesn't tell the reader exactly what they're getting or your subtitle doesn't include the right keywords... you're invisible on Amazon. đź’Ą Doesn't matter how good the content is. Think of your title like a search query. What would someone type into Amazon if they wanted your book? That answer should be in your title or subtitle. Content gets reviews. Titles get sales. Imagine if you're looking for a book on "How to Start Real Estate Investing." Here are two books in the same search results... which one would you choose?

3 Low-Competition Niches I Found This Week 👀📚
If you’ve been stuck on what kind of book to create next, this is your reminder that opportunities are everywhere—you just have to know how to look for them. Here are 3 niches I found this week that have solid demand but relatively low competition: - Kitten Coloring Book for Kids - 533 monthly searches / 33 competition score / <10,000 competitors - Potty Training Sticker Chart - 689 monthly searches / 39 competition score / ~100 competitors - Bedtime Routine System- 602 monthly searches / 37 competition score / <100 competitors This is exactly why I’m always talking about validating before you create. These aren’t random ideas… they’re backed by real data. I used Publisher Rocket to find these, and it’s one of the most valuable tools you can have as a self-publisher. It helps you uncover keywords people are already searching for—so you’re not guessing, you’re positioning. The goal isn’t just to create a book… It’s to create a book that has a chance to actually sell. 👉 Start paying attention to keywords that: - You’re interested in - Align with content you’d enjoy creating - Have demand but manageable competition That’s where the magic happens. Curious… which one of these niches would you explore first? 👇
