I started my weight loss journey at 52, began my new job at 50, decided to change my sense of style at 53. It’s never too late….. If you don’t like your life… Your habits built it. If you don’t like who you see in the mirror… Your standards allowed it. Loving yourself doesn’t mean protecting your feelings. It means drawing a line in the sand between who you were and who you're working to become. That will require telling yourself the hard truths today so you don't hate yourself tomorrow. That's what it means to love yourself. Everything else is just a coping mechanism and tolerance for a version of yourself you will never truly love. Another year, another birthday.

Getting admitted for IV antibiotics as my inflammation markers are 250 (which is slightly on the high side) and apparently should be around 1-10 . Means I can’t go home with oral antibiotics. Due to the impending public holiday tomorrow unless anything gets worse overnight surgery happening Tuesday

Sorry all. I have come home from work having dizzy spells, hot and cold flushes and both my legs are aching. I think I liked enough comments to keep my 🔥 let’s hope tomorrow is a better day.
