Here are some ways to identify your superpower: Reflect on your experiences Consider what you've done that brought you joy or satisfaction, or what people have said you do well. You can also ask people you trust what they think your biggest strength is. Brainstorm Think about what you do that seems easy to you but that others find surprising. You can also consider what you do better than anyone else. Test your Superpower Try putting your superpower to the test.
