Upload Your Labs For Review!
Hey everyone, Let's use this thread to upload any lab results you have. Even older ones can be helpful for everyone to learn from, whether it's blood work, stool tests, hormone testing, or something else. I can help interpret these labs. I can't provide full treatment options since that goes beyond just looking at labs, but I'm happy to offer suggestions or help guide you on what to do next.
@Chandler Coker Working from the top, elevated eosinophils is usually indicative of a parasite infection, Lymphocytes are slightly elevated as well which could be indicative of a viral infection. We are currently in a full moon phase right now so if you've noticed an increase in symptoms it can lean towards parasites. I don't have any other readings for glucose, so it's a little more difficult to put together a picture of why your glucose is elevated. In most cases testosterone over 1000 nanograms per deciliter can become a pro inflammatory response, this could explain your response to the testosterone. The elevated ANA could be due to viral reactivation. The reduction in ferritin could be due to parasitic infection but it also could be an indicator of an immune response. If you exercise close to taking this blood work, that could have an effect on some of the markers, but with CRP, PSA and ERS elevated, this points towards immune signalling. EGFR is trending downwards, so this raises concerns about the kidneys.
@Kim Englund I forgot to mention that pellets are something that should be avoided, you cannot guarantee the delivery and we see more problems down the road, they're starting to have more research on things like estrogen and cancers when using pellets. Usually the best is testosterone gel/cream, estrogen patch and progesterone pills are fine usually.
Upper GI Bloat
I am working with my father in law because he is suffering from Upper GI bloat, and loose stools. He has recently gotten back in good shape, however he cannot get rid of his upper stomach bloating. He had part of his colon removed within the last two years, due to severe diverticulitis, and is still struggles with dysbiosis. I am thinking with it being his upper belly, some type of SIFO/SIBO going on. I mentioned potentially doing a gut zoomer on him. Without an initial gut zoomer, where would you start Curtis?
@Chandler Coker Upper GI bloat usually is to do with stomach acid, the actual stomach, not the small intestine could have ulcers and H-pylori. I would start with a gut repair formula and maybe even some Bismuth Citrate to calm things down. He probably needs HCL but if there are Ulcers or H-Pylori, he will respond poorly.... that rhymed....
@Chandler Coker I would get bismuth in right away!

Organic Acid Test Overview (my favorite test)
Hey everyone, I filmed a very lengthy organic acid test overview lol this is one of my favorite tests to run because it could really help shed light on pretty much any ailment or disease. Keep in mind loom has the option to slow it down to 0.8 speed lol https://www.loom.com/share/a8aa0ac88ce74a5bb7d9df0eef093cd2
Organic Acid Test Overview (my favorite test)
@Mackenzie Field you know me haha
@Danielle Knox do it!!
Where to start.
I am interested in starting Reta, I have been using semiglutide for a year. Lost some weight, but don’t want to stay on it for fear of muscle loss. I also want to try mots-c, NAD, BPC 157 and TB 500. They all interest me. But maybe 1 at a time is best!! Please help me with dosages and reconstituting them. I plan to get them and have had them all in my cart from 303peptides!
Here are some websites where you may be able to find the sterile water.
@Kim Englund here is how you would determine you dose https://lifestylempowerment.ca/wp-content/uploads/peptide-dosing-tool.html Video explaining how to use the tool https://www.loom.com/share/2156d0ed826b489389ad29b802206150 A 10mg vial usually only fits 3ml of water, so you would draw to the 30iu mark for 1mg of Retatrutide. Always make sure it'll let your peptide sit for at least an hour in the fridge after reconstituting so the proteins can hydrate before you inject.
