Where to start.
I am interested in starting Reta, I have been using semiglutide for a year. Lost some weight, but don’t want to stay on it for fear of muscle loss. I also want to try mots-c, NAD, BPC 157 and TB 500. They all interest me. But maybe 1 at a time is best!! Please help me with dosages and reconstituting them. I plan to get them and have had them all in my cart from 303peptides!

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers I missed that part somewhere along the line. I will find some sterile water. I ordered bac water. I also ordered Reta 10mg, BPC 157 40mg, TB 500 TB-4 10mg. All from 303 peptides. I need to get needles and syringes yet.

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers Thanks! I just ordered those. I really appreciate your videos and all the tips on reconstituting and injecting peptides. I was an animal science major and worked at a large animal vet clinic for a few years, so that isn't new info for me, but I do notice the clarity in your videos!
Case Study: A Phased, Multi-System Recovery in a 50-Year-Old Female Client
Hey everyone, I’d like to share a recent client transformation as a case study, so you can see the steps we took. I want to point out that everyone is unique. This program was designed just for this client, based on her needs, how she responded at each stage, and the results of specific tests. I’m sharing this to show how we adjust and sequence interventions over time, not as a plan to follow exactly. Client Snapshot * Age and sex: 50-year-old female * Start date: Mid-December * Presenting picture: Bloodwork suggested an elevated viral load, along with low energy and persistently low motivation. Phase 1: Foundational Antiviral, Immune, and Detox Support Since her bloodwork showed a higher viral load, we started by supporting her immune system and helping her body’s detox and drainage pathways: * Phospholipids * B vitamins * Fisetin * Spermidine * Higher-dose vitamin C * Injectable glutathione * Livagen * NAC (N-acetylcysteine) * Milk thistle * TUDCA * Magnesium L-threonate * Electrolytes and minerals * Andrographis After about a week, since she responded well, we added two more bioregulator peptides: * Pinealon * Vesugen Her energy and motivation improved, and her sleep got a bit better too. Phase 2: Addressing Constipation (Antimicrobial Shift) As we continued, constipation became more of a problem. We switched to a more antimicrobial approach and added support for gut motility: * GI Microb-X (Designs for Health) * Motility Pro (Integrative Therapeutics), a natural motility aid We continued this for three weeks, and after that, constipation was resolved. Phase 3: Tissue Repair and Cellular Senescence Protocol Next, we focused on repairing tissue and clearing out senescent, or aged, cells: * BPC-157 and TB-500 at a higher dose for one week * A senescence (senolytic) protocol using FOXO4-DRI She had a stronger reaction during the senolytic phase, which can happen as the body clears out cellular debris and toxins. To help with this, we added homeopathic drainage remedies (UNDA). After that, her response improved, and both her sleep and mood kept getting better.

@Curtis Gillespie Sayers ok. Reta I would get the 10mg to start with. I am not able to access 303peptides right now. Maybe the site is down.
Using the community feed
Hey everyone! A quick note on asking questions: if there's ever something you'd prefer to keep private, please don't hesitate to DM me directly, I'm always happy to help one on one. That said, whenever you feel comfortable, I'd love for us to keep as much as we can in the community feed. When questions, protocols, and discussions stay open, everyone gets to learn from them, and that shared knowledge is really where so much of the value lives. Thank you all for being part of this. It genuinely makes the community better for everyone.

Great point
A total newbie
Hi all, I am a total newbie on all of this peptide stuff. I saw Kendra on nino’s show and it peaked my interest. An email from her drove me to this group. I want to learn more, but this is all brand new to me. I just read thru the simple guides for tirzepatide, semiglutide, retatrutide, TB 500 & frag 17-33, SLU-P-332, MOTS-c, and BPC -157. I started there since I had actually heard of those at least once!! I am looking to improve my health and a lot of what I read could help my husband as well. Thanks for having me!
