Who does webinars in other communities?
@Tim Adam mentioned that he gets a lot of new members by leading live calls in other communities. Is anyone else doing this? Has it worked for you? How are you approaching other Skool owners about leading a call in their community?

@Melanie Bourbeau you're all good!! I always try to look at it more from the outcome of the owner. Instead of asking them if I can do a training in their community, I'd instead want to point out the value that they are bringing to their members and how I could add on top of it. So I'd start with something around the fact that we share a mutual interest in an audience. I know that they're always looking to make and provide more value for their community. With the click of a button, I could give lots of value to their community and promote their values, ideals, and lessons. All they need to do is facilitate the place, and they have a pre-built, ready-to-go workshop that will help their members and make them look good / increase their status amongst their members. Let me know if that's a bit more helpful!!

@Eric Howell Of course!
Substack for Traffic πŸ€”
I've been looking into different ways to get external traffic into my Skool community, and I was thinking about X, using the Grok method, but I was speaking with someone earlier, and they mentioned Substack. Substack looks fairly new, and haven't seen anyone really talk about it, not sure if it's because it's underrated or just rubbish. Have any of you used Substack to get traffic to your Skool community? If yes, how well does it work?

@Eric Howell Lots of research, yep. Like any platform out there lots of pros and cons. Overall though it's a great place to consider if it stacks up with your content strategy!
HOW are you getting traffic with Skool?
I see a big percentage of us here are using Skool as our main Traffic source. How are you going about it exactly? DMS, other Skools? What is your exact strategy?

@Eric Howell Yup @Tim Adam is on the money. It’s entirely how I grew and now working to diversify the traffic! I made a unrelated website earlier this week about a different topic (pokemon card investing) for fun to experiment and it’s getting 3-5 free signups a day and chatgpt within 24 hrs started sending 5-10 people a day. It’s only been a few days but I was telling @Jenna Ostrye I’m flabbergasted and now trying to reverse engineer the strategy back to my main Skool 🀣
