Higher Guidance: This Week's Message
What do we need to know this week? Reversed Queen of Cups. - We may be a bit more emotional and ungrounded this week, especially as we head closer to the Full Moon in Scorpio on Friday (and a reminder that we feel the energy a few days before, during, and a few days after). - With this full moon in Scorpio, there may be some deep emotional releases - wounds that run deeper than most realize. Scorpio is all about death and transformation, so what is no longer needed must go (and it will, as you find the energy to release it). - With this card, we may be a little more emotional than usual and may not always choose the most nurturing words (to ourselves or others). So let’s work to turn this card right side up - take grounded breaths through any feelings that surface, feel them, and release them. What do we need to do this week? The Knight of Swords and the Four of Cups came out together, with a clarifying card of the Five of Cups. - Moving too fast may feel helpful, but it could actually be harmful - leaving us focused on what’s missing or unseen. The Knight of Swords is quick to move, quick to react, and fast-paced. But on its own, it can be misleading. Paired with the Four of Cups, the message is clear: if we move too fast, we may miss the mark. So what do we do? - Take a breath - in and out - as mentioned above. Get grounded. Feel your feelings; don’t stuff them down. But also, try not to take them out on others, as you may end up regretting those actions. Again, with full moons, this is about personal release - but that doesn’t mean projecting it onto others or moving too quickly to dismiss what’s really coming up. Not feeling this energy? No worries! Know that others may however, so give grace where possible.

@Jennie Sikes oh yes it has a huge effect of the brain a lot of people don’t realise anything from air pressure to full moons trigger mine . Also hormones and how they are balanced can affect your brain and not just women but men’s too. I did a shed load of research when I was diagnosed so I know how to recognise triggers more now. I actually had a seizure this morning and I felt a bit off kilter when I got up but we had to go out and do stuff but we are in a really hilly area so driving up and down started it ! I wasn’t driving 👌 So I am allowed to drive as I get an aura type feeling beforehand and I have time to pull over, i recover after about 15 minutes so is ok. If you need any info or help just yell or DM me 🥰

@Jennie Sikes ah cool glad I could help 🙌🏻 It used to be really scary but I try lean into it now. I was on medication but i hated the side effects so I am not on anything now. Glad they have you sorted ❤️
Crystals
Anyone here into crystals? I brought this deck with me to an event yesterday and forgot how much people love crystals and the messages that come with them. Expanding Awareness Through New Experiences
New experiences expand the mind in ways we don’t always expect. Today started pretty standard for me… kickboxing and resistance training for about an hour, then home to shower, dry my hair (saving future me some time), and brunch with my husband. Then he threw out a curveball… massages and red light therapy at his gym and then brunch. Now… I’m not exactly a “gym person,” even though I show up for kickboxing at a kickboxing studio. So there was a little hesitation. But also that little voice… what the heck, try something new. Um… yes please. The massage chair was legit. Full body, working up the legs, into the glutes, lower back, upper back, and back down again. I closed my eyes, didn’t touch my phone (except for the pic), didn’t try to multitask. Just… felt my body. Noticed where I was holding tension. Let it move. And I had time to go a second round. ;-) Then red light therapy. I’ve heard about it, but never tried it. Definitely forgot eye protection, so lesson learned for next time. But the warmth… it hit my skin and slowly worked its way in. I noticed my breath deepen without trying. Like my body was asking for release and finally getting it. Nothing wildly out of the ordinary. But just enough of a shift to bring me back into my body. Grounded. Present. Appreciative. Sometimes it’s not about big, dramatic changes. It’s about small moments that reconnect you. What new experiences have you had this week? Big, small, or somewhere in between… what nudged you just enough out of your comfort zone to see or feel something a little differently?

Sounds heavenly! I love having a Indian head massage 🙌🏻 if I go to a nice hotel it’s literally the first thing I book 🙈❤️ It’s good for your soul giving time to yourself 🙌🏻🫶🏻
