So having lost 15kg (33pd) since Jane 2025 I have found all my suit trousers, or those in a size 38, have been a little loose. Today I noticed more as I am not wearing suspended at all and the trousers only have a side tabs and not belt loops. So whilst sitting at my desk and trying to figure out how much I am going to need to get tailored I noticed that there was a little bit left on each side tab. I had to remove the trousers to access this little bit, so adjourned to the change rooms here in the office and proceeded to extract as much out of each tab as possible. Well lo and behold my trousers now fit perfectly. I have attached the photos below with some red circles where you should be able to see the original impressions from there long lasting wear. Now there is absolutely no more room to tighten but hey, it’s a win and I will now be checking every other trouser at home for the similar adjustment.

Last day at the Site Office, thankfully I get to wear my Nova Polo which is 100% cotton. The others I have been wearing are the company our company is contracted to. Bought my Safari Suit specifically for this day, well I call it my Safari Suit. It comprises a Linen Adventure Jacket and Linen Trousers. I also have the Linen Suit jacket that goes with these trousers. Today’s outfit consists of: M.J. The year seems to be flying by. Being in Cairns isn’t all that bad, the weather is warmer and the guys in the office are loads of fun. Today’s outfit consists of: That dang Work Polyester Polo, M.J. Bale Santoro Jacket, a Neutral and Blue cotton, linen, wool, silk, in a lightweight gingham check, M.J. Bale Sinatra Trouser made from 100% Egyptian cotton in Empire Denim, Anson leather Navy Strap with a traditional buckle in Silver, OTAA Happy Penguin Socks, CNES MTO Oxford with Goodyear welted construction crafted from Italian crust leather, SOTD - Mancera Red Tobacco WOTD - Islander Watches Greenport, Slate Grey dial with sky blue accents.

Today, dressed up without layering for a quick office visit. This is a simple yet neat smart-casual outfit. The shirt is checkered in three colors - burgundy, blue, and white The trousers are in merino wool-polyester (70:30) MTM, in white with thin blue stripes The shoes are brown derbies The watch is tan strap and gold-on-silver frame The belt is tan The socks are in light beige (sand?) I wanted to coordinate the whites in the shirt with the white trousers. This is one of the few occasions when I wore white trousers. Let me know what you think guys.
