While trying to fill in the policy holders details, in the information section, I encountered problem as seen on the first attached picture showing pink. However, after much try. I thought I have found away to do it. But it looks like I have created a contact instead. please can someone tell me how to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Todays section was wonderful . with all the contributions, I gain more clarification, and I was able to solve 1-2 problem I encounter., while practicing. However, haven said that, can someone tell me why am getting only the policy holders name in the information section .
