Super close range
What do you do when you get at super close range? Clinch, grapple, takedown, get away or strike? How? Looking for ideas 💡

Against grappler. 1 Sabaki footwork stops most. 2 underhook 3 “ le moustache” 4 do damage while they are holding leg. 5 let them get you to the floor but immediately get up. Many grapplers didn’t learn to immediately control so there is often a gap there and it frustrates them a lot as they work hard to get you there but can’t actually do anything with it.

Strength and conditioning for fighters - mobility work
I always struggle timing my S&C sessions. I either do them over lunch or after skills. But getting extra mobility in just wasn't an option. Already training skills 1-2hours daily and then some strength sessions, who has the time? Well... Turns out that you can do them during your test periods while lifting. Just a useful way to use your dead recovery time. Drop your favorite mobility exercise in the comments 👇
