How do you feel after our 5 Day Smoothie Glow-up? Did you know that if you followed the recipes, you ended up consuming 14 unique plants this week in just this one meal a day? This is great for nutrient diversity, gut health, and our immunity. The goal is 30 a week! Today's smoothie was heavy on the greens and protein. I added a ton of microgreens, arugula, wild blueberries, chocolate maca protein powder, pb fit, beets, and a greens powder. If you had a smoothie today, what was your blend?

Five days of giving your body real, whole food nutrition. Five days of proving that healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming. ONE more day after this. You are so close! Day 4 and I am cheering you on hard today ๐Ÿ”ฅ Seriously, the fact that you're still here on day 4 tells me everything about you. Most people quit before they ever get here. Today we're going bold with color because this one photographs beautifully (you'll see ๐Ÿ˜): ๐—•๐—˜๐—˜๐—ง & ๐—•๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—ฅ๐—ฌ ๐—š๐—Ÿ๐—ข๐—ช ๐—ฆ๐— ๐—ข๐—ข๐—ง๐—›๐—œ๐—˜ โ€ข 1 small cooked beet (or 1/4 cup beet juice) โ€ข 1 cup frozen strawberries โ€ข 1 frozen banana โ€ข 1 cup coconut water โ€ข Squeeze of lemon Beets are one of the best foods for supporting healthy blood flow and circulation, which is a big part of why women notice that skin glow after a few days of eating this way. I hate beetroot unless itโ€™s in vinegar! Todays I got some fresh spinach in (finally remembered to get some) and raspberries banana & seeds.
