Filming a video on a $60k deal in Chicago! Who wants to see the video?!?! Literally one mile from the downtown! Everyone says Chicago is illegal to wholesale but it’s going well for me! Question for my Chicago people! Why is there so much “human waste” everywhere 😭 city is so pretty but Jesus they need to clean these street up

How to never lose motivation/ Discipline
What I did is that first of September I made a video that by September 2026 I will be making 10k or more by real estate wholesaling and not by any other business Whenever I lose motivation or don’t feel like doing it I just look at that video and say to myself “with God on my side I can’t lose” cuz even the impossible is possible with the help of God And keep in mind even if you show up for 10 mins a day PLEASE just make sure you show up every single day and pray to God -God gave you that dream for a reason

Amen brother.
Question for the Community.
How do I add more call results on the Xleads dialer? I want to have not interested, disconnected, wrong number and call back? I tried using Wavv dialer which provided this but unfortunately it's not allowing me to use the dialer.

@Daniel Mulima Is there a link to that livestream? I want to hear more of your story!
400 Calls a Day, Still No Deals – What Am I Missing
Hey Zach, I’ve been making around 400 cold calls a day and pulling government and high-motivation lists, but I’m really struggling. I’m either not getting leads, or when I do, the sellers don’t answer back, or it ends up being at a bad time and I can’t get them on the phone again. I know marketing is the lifeblood of wholesaling, and I’m putting in the work, but I feel stuck. Am I doing something wrong with my lists or follow-up, or is there something I should be adjusting in my approach to start actually turning these calls into real leads and deals?

@Durrell Pigee I'd say just be patient with those 1-2. Put them on follow up, call/text. I have one hot lead and it seems like she ghosted me but I follow up until I get rejected. Sellers are human too bro, they probably have something going on in their life that you don't have control over. All you can do is follow up nicely.

@Durrell Pigee This is from @Daniel Mulima 's post. I hope this encourages you even more like it did for me: "When I sent the agreement, he ghosted me for two weeks. I later learned his mother had passed away. During that quiet period, I almost gave up. But every time I thought about quitting, I thought about my family and kept pushing. Eventually, he came back around. I sent the deal to my JV partner, who quickly found a buyer within three days. We assigned the deal for $256K—a $6K assignment fee. I personally walked away with $3,000. After the 100 days I realized I had made over 8k cold calls that blew my mind how consistency can add up in the long run."
What I learned in my second month calling 52,221 people… (continued..)
Continued from my last post… This is an update that some people have been waiting for, as I have been getting a lot of questions. I also have a TON of insight from my last post, as I am starting to really understand this game and build a team of people to help. I have been learning a ton about leadership and building a team, networking with partners, JVs, etc. While I have been diving deep into this wholesale game, I have been learning at an exponential rate and still have a long road ahead of me. But I promised this group that IF I could get to level 3 to post, I would share my insights and my journey, along with my deals and my team as a resource. So here we go… First, I want to start off with my story, as I’m sure some have heard already, but I started a while back working with my parents in a Real Estate Agency out of New Hampshire, mainly for investments and commercial Real Estate. My personal background, though, is in Marketing, and I built a fairly sizable marketing company over the last decade. I got into the wholesale game when I moved out to Miami to start a life that I wanted to live with my wife. When I moved, I was going to get into high-end condo sales as we landed here in Brickell. After giving it some thought, I really did not want another licence or even to be on call and stuck in one area, as I LOVE to travel. Wholesale is that opportunity where you can work from anywhere and do this thing virtually. While you may be on call, you don’t have to physically show up and do showings, etc. (Although if you live in a good market, you should probably do that). I also hate the cold weather lol, and that's why I moved to Miami for the most part and year-round sports. Over the past few years that I have been working as a real estate Agent, I have completed 450+ transactions within two years and counting. This has given me a good understanding of how the investment side of things goes from a buyer's perspective and how to obtain listings. In my marketing company, going back to when I started that company, I worked day in and day out, 12+ hr days, pitching businesses by just doing cold walk-ins. I would walk into a business (as these were mainly small companies, as I lived in New Hampshire in Derry and would drive over to Manchester to Main St) and use the opening line “Who do I speak to about bringing you more customers for your business?” This led me to a lot of interesting ppl, but it really taught me how to speak to people, look them in the eye, and shake their hand with real belly-to-belly interactions. Later, this led to phone sales, etc. These two things have taught me a lot about who I am and where I want to take this thing. I also learned a lot of team-building skills in that company as I built up the employees and offices. During this time, later after Covid, I had gotten my real estate licence and started to shift my skills into Real Estate and really fell in love with the business itself and the model. Years later, here I am posting on this thread.

I appreciate the post man. Lots of golden nuggets in here. The third lesson is currently what I'm working on. There's currently lack of clarity in how much I'm spending on my marketing (burn rate). The good thing I have going is that my JV Partner and I do accountability calls each week to look at each other's KPI's and make sure we meet the goals we laid out for ourselves. It was hard for me to accept that it is non-linear marketing like you said, because it feels good to say "if I make X number of dials, it will get me X number of deals." For example, I pulled not-so-filtered paid lists this week and my contact rate was good in some days but really bad on other days. Truth is, I'm not doing enough work to pull quality lists. I'll continue to follow your progress man, you've grown exponentially since I read your previous post. I just hope I can achieve the same. Best of luck to you @Vincent Trefethen
