The Tuesday Tone
Meetings with the finance team and the accountant all day! 😳. So today is more about intentionality in feeling good about my dress, while listening to all of the "things" from my team. Have a great day everyone!!

How long is to long for business?
Seen there is a webinar tomorrow about beards, i thank its appropriate to ask. Out side the normal answer "depends on your job". At what point is a beard no longer business appropriate? Is it long but groomed? Mid growth in that awkward phase? Is it a 3 month beard? When it becomes a spectacle, at what point does it become a special? Another option i haven't put here? As someone that has a long beard, that keeps my beard groomed. I wounder about this sometimes. Would love to hear you option and feed back.

It's very well kept up. What do you do?
Eyebrows matter. Eyebrows react quickly and are one of the most honest signals in body language.
By Kathleen Cairns Suddenly everyone is talking about eyebrows. The hooded suspect in the case of Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance has some unique eyebrows, which has made interpreting eyebrows a viral topic on some social media platforms. Eyebrows frame the eyes, and we often seek the truth by how eyes react during a discussion. While we can consciously control our eye movements to a point, it is much harder to control the tiny muscles that react in the eyebrow realm. Eyebrows often reveal genuine reactions before words can catch up to the emotion displayed in the movement. Body Language Signals: 1. Raised Eyebrows: Surprise, curiosity, interest, enthusiasm and engagement. 2. Furrowed Brows (Brows Drawn Together): Confusion, concern, concentration, cognitive processing or worry. 3. One Eyebrow Raised: Skepticism, doubt, playfulness, but examine the context of the conversation as well, it may be teasing or genuine disbelief. 4. Lowered, Tensed Brows: Anger, determination, defensiveness or intensity. 5. Relaxed Brows: Openness, calm, comfort and receptiveness. While some people spend time grooming eyebrows a certain way, it cannot hide how the muscles react to emotions, which can play a big role in how body language is interpreted. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/eyebrows-matter-react-quickly-one-most-honest-signals-kathleen-cairns-e2ste?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&utm_campaign=share_via
