Ah so we reached our destination! And it is beautiful my middle one is living the dream and this makes me so happy!!! We drove for 5.5 hours Friday and 6.5 yesterday so steps were low and food honestly was rubbish , sandwich crisps water etc Today I went for 2 walks and ate great all day till dinner ( I’m eating what I’m given ) but no snacking ! I don’t feel guilty I feel happy 😊! Avg daily steps 8500 for the week ! fitbit says I’m getting healthier!! 🫀

Food defo needs more attention but I’m on holiday and I’m eating what I’m given 😂😂😂 I went for 2 walks today to get my steps up x

We are all too busy - too busy looking after everyone else doing things that just are autopilot duties - we don’t realise that we actually need to take a little bit time for ourselves. It’s something we all struggle to do, me included but today I am going to challenge you to take 20 minutes for yourself. Do something that is just for you - not for someone else - only you! my head is saying not a chance I’m away tomorrow and I have to pack clean and organise my self 😂😂😂 plenty of time for me next week 😂😂😂 But I do want to meet my steps and pamper myself a bit before tomorrow so does that count ? 😂😂😂

So yesterday I did not hit my target 😢 I was busy at work then I had a two hour hair appointment then dinner with a friend!!! I didn’t even think about my goal so when I looked this morning I was p@ssed!!! 🤬 I gave my self a good talking to and vowed to do the missing steps today !!! And I did!! 💪🏻 I actually had a lovely day yesterday and now I have no guilt!! 🥰 I still wish I could do more steps but I am a work in progress 🙌🏼

@Carly Harvey previously I would had said oh well that’s it I’ve ruined it and then the whole week would follow that mind set .. to be fair a little bit of me did go that way but your voice saying nothings perfect , what you gonna do made me have a think and make a plan so thank you !!! I am listening 😂😂🥰🥰
