Ah so we reached our destination! And it is beautiful my middle one is living the dream and this makes me so happy!!! We drove for 5.5 hours Friday and 6.5 yesterday so steps were low and food honestly was rubbish , sandwich crisps water etc Today I went for 2 walks and ate great all day till dinner ( I’m eating what I’m given ) but no snacking ! I don’t feel guilty I feel happy 😊! Avg daily steps 8500 for the week ! fitbit says I’m getting healthier!! 🫀
