Attitude of Gratitude
I've been sitting with gratitude today... The kind that notices the little things. The text that came at the right time. The body that kept showing up. The moment you let yourself rest without guilt. I have included a Yoga Nidra practice for us. It's below if you need it. Sometimes we just need permission to take rest, and I am here to remind you... you can. Yoga Nidra for Gratitude I want to ask you something, and I really mean it: What's one thing that supported you this week? Maybe it was a person. Maybe it was your own resilience. Maybe it was finally sleeping through the night, or the way the light looked yesterday morning, or simply... being in the presence of loved ones. COMMENT below if you feel called to share. I'll be reading every one. And honestly... Sometimes seeing what others are grateful for reminds us of what we may have missed noticing in our own lives. JOIN THE NOVA NIDRA SUPPORTERS TODAY 🧔✨

December Thoughts! šŸ’˜
I can't believe we’re entering the final month of 2026. I read something yesterday that said it’s been six years since the beginning of the pandemic, and as much as I hate to revisit the lockdowns, quarantine, and all the uncertainty of that time, it’s impossible not to acknowledge how deeply it shaped us. It remains such a vivid mile marker and I’m floored by how different life is now. I also came across a line that made me laugh: ā€œWhat a year this last week has been.ā€ Honestly… truer words have never been spoken. Time is a total time warm: stretching, folding, condensing in ways we never quite expect. As this calendar year winds down, I find myself reflective, as I always am in December. I like to revisit the intentions I set at the beginning of the year, read back through old journal entries, and spend time with the many versions of myself I’ve been along the way. And with that, I can’t imagine a more perfect moment for our upcoming Chakra Series. Starting December 14th, this will be a much-needed reset and recalibration as we prepare to step into 2026 with intention, balance, and clarity. The newsletter tomorrow will have all the details!! I hope you’ll join us? ✨
