Release Happens in Layers
healing rarely arrives all at once. the body releases in layers, only at the pace it feels safe enough to move. the resistance is not the enemy... it is the teacher. you might feel something soften one week, then notice it return later in a subtler way. that doesn’t mean the practice 'didn’t work'. it means the nervous system trusts you enough to meet what’s underneath. yoga nidra supports this kind of layered healing because it doesn’t ask for resolution or force an outcome. it offers awareness. each time you return to rest, the body remembers that rest is possible again. and over time, what once needed protection begins to loosen on its own. ✨ reflect + SHARE what feels ready to soften right now? and what still feels protective? both belong.
