Coming Off The Highs Maybe ?

Today is day 15 of reinventing myself at 51. Every day is a new day. I need to dig into what I have learned about myself and my thinking... I am getting better every day but today my mind has snuck up on me telling me my progress is not real. As I am posting this I am taking quiet time to reflect. To go through the negative thoughts that I am having today, removing them and replacing them with self growth, positive thoughts 💭
