I know how I am feeling today
I know that today I am struggling with my thinking. My mind is being unkind telling me that my progress is not real. I have the awareness to sit down and go through my Dr. Thurman Fleet exercise (see Clarity Reset E-Book in Classroom section.) 1. Inventory my negative thoughts 2. Ceremoniously get rid of them .. box X through the list, crumple the page and garbage the list etc.. 3. Replace those thoughts with positive, self growth thoughts and keep repeating my mantra - "my name is John Lusted and amazingly good things happen to me every day. Every day in every way I am getting better and better. I can think, I can create and I can do whatever I set me mind to".
