Howdy!
Hey everyone 👋I’m Frank Palomino, a CPA and firm owner based in Schertz, TX (San Antonio area). What I do: - I run a CPA firm serving cannabis dispensaries, boutique retail owners, and wellness entrepreneurs 🌿 - Most of my clients value collaboration, abundance, and building something intentional Why I joined: - Diagnosed with ADHD in 2022 and learning how to work with my brain instead of fighting it - Here to learn what’s actually working for other ADHD founders - Looking to connect with people who elevate each other and implement My biggest challenge right now: - Sticking to structure and repetitive daily tasks 😵‍💫 - Not always knowing what I should be focusing on - Delegation is hard because I default to being the problem solver, even when I shouldn’t I’ve been a solopreneur for a long time, so I’m still figuring out leadership and systems that don’t feel rigid or boring. Looking forward to learning from you all 🙌

@Sebastian Schroeder That’s where I’m at. I think it already has shifted something in me. That discomfort is part of why I started learning more about myself after being formally diagnosed. I did swing pretty hard toward “I’m going to take care of myself,” and I’m realizing my tendency is all-or-nothing when I do that. Finding something more balanced instead of oscillating between extremes feels like the real work now.

@Sebastian Schroeder thank you. Always trying my man! This past week I set a personal goal to go to bed earlier so that I could wake up and spend the first two hours or so alone and dedicate it to movement, reading and meditating. It's made a world of difference. How do you typically show yourself love?
🌿 Mindful Mondays
Pause + Breathe Take one slow breath before answering. No fixing. Just noticing. 1️⃣ Name What’s Real What’s honestly present for you right now as you start the week?(A word, a sentence, or “unclear” all count.) What's real for me right now is love for myself, I feel motivated to journal more and have been for the past few days. Finding a nice flow with that is helping to keep my mind clear of worry and doubt. I am able to reframe things easier in ways that leave me feeling uplifted and calm. 2️⃣ Let It Go — or Let It Be What’s one thing you’re releasing pressure around, or allowing to exist without fixing this week? Releasing an tension I have about going to events. I really want to go to a bunch this week AND focusing on that isn't what my highest priority get's to be. There are other things that deserve my attention and so I am blessed with softening around any sensation pulling me to go have fun in this way. 3️⃣ One Small Anchor What’s one simple thing you can return to when you feel scattered this week?(A habit, phrase, place, rule, or reminder.) My breath! Specifically toning has been suuuch a grounding experience for me. This and journaling are the newest, most powerful themes in my life right now.

@Sebastian Schroeder thanks man. It was shitty and it was tough. One of my most humbling experiences for sure. How's the journaling been going for you this week?

@Sebastian Schroeder awesome man! Keep it up!! When I was in the habit of journaling and wanted to keep up the streak even on those low energy days, I'll write 3 "I am" statements and one "I am becoming" statement. It helps me name and acknowledge feelings and also reaffirm future goals. Any favorite prompts or are you planning to just wing it?
Planning vs Follow-Through
I’ve been noticing a pattern that keeps coming up for me. My plans are usually solid. The problem isn’t creating them—it’s sticking to them. Once I mentally walk through all the steps, my brain kind of checks the box and moves on. Then I tell myself things like, “I’ll get to that after I do this real quick,” knowing full well that’s probably not happening 😅 Later I’m stressed because it’s still hanging over me, even though it feels like I already “did it” in my head. Curious if anyone else deals with this, and what’s helped you actually follow through.

Hypnosis!
Oh my gosh, I just had an amazing hypnosis session guided by @Asha Hope . In just 20 minutes this man helped me unlock some powerful pathways and connect me to a higher vibrational state. I feel grounded and confident on another level. My two favorite states! Asha, you are a wizard in your own right, feeling so much gratitude for you brother 🖤 P.S. He is giving these sessions out freely over google video. I HIGHLY recommend y'all shoot him a DM, it's litterally 20 minutes and it'll change your whole day 🥰
