Want to get sh*t done, for real?
Of course, there is no one solution that works for all. But there is one, that works surprising well for a lot of folks with ADHD. And that is body doubling. If you haven't heard of it so far: you basically meet (virtually or in person doesn't matter) with other people for a work session. Everybody states what they are going to work on and then it's quiet work time, until the session is done (or, if it is a longer session, there might be a short check-in in between). The accountability that comes from having told others what you gonna do, plus knowing that they are there, seeing you, helps incredibly well to make you actually do the work. It's the single most effective strategy for me to get things done. Other strategies are also good, but nothing beats the body doubling for me. And as it happens, this skool community offers exactly that. During the week, there are two time slots for body doubling, called "Eat the Frog" sessions. If you haven't tried it before, don't be shy and join! All you have to do is think about a task you want to work on for the session, and then join and have the group holding you accountable for actually doing it. Just go to the calendar section, there you will find the links to join. I personally am joining the early morning group (although it's afternoon for me), and we have a nice little community vibe going there with @James Sopp, @Venessa Phipps, @Sarah Hyland, @Angela Walker, @Alfred Samuel, and me. Of course, we do not all show up all the time, depending on availability. It's not a *must*, it's a *may*! We would love to have some more people joining! The later session is great, too! Don't be shy, give it a try! Next sessions are on Monday. Add it to your calendar, so you don't miss it. See you there.

@James Sopp I'm already putting my weekly co-working to dos together! I have another crazy week with morning dr appointments so Monday Wednesday & Thursday are out for AM session 😢 Hopefully I'll be able to make more of the PM sessions this week though!

Hello!!
Hi Guys!! I’m Arthur Maddocks-Brown and I’m on a mission to build the Worlds Largest Travel Minded Mental Fitness Community! I call it Just Another Moment ❤️ The aim is to help people globally overcome their mental health challenges through my ACE approach to mental health. Adventure | Community | Education Ultimately helping people rebuild their confidence, connections and clarity with their meaning and purpose in life! I wanted to join this community because I want to learn from the best, Bill was shouted out in another community and I was keen to learn! My biggest challenge right now is conversion. I know what I need to do to fix it and @Bill Widmer played a huge role in that added clarity! Great to be here!

@Arthur Maddocks-Brown Sounds awesome! I love learned about different cultures and meeting new people. And I’m fascinated by all things brain and mind! 🧠
Stacking momentum
A reminder I’m taking from today: When I stack small, embodied wins and stay present with what I’m doing, momentum builds on its own. I don’t need a perfect day for things to move forward. Even with stress, delays, and a little chaos, I can still feel aligned, grounded, and effective. Turns out, showing up in my body and doing the next honest thing is what actually creates the flow. 🌱

💭 Real Talk: Some Days I Feel Ahead… Some Days I Feel Behind
Hey everyone 👋 Lately I’ve been noticing something about this journey — Some days I feel like I’m making real progress in my dropshipping business, learning fast, getting things done, and seeing results. Other days… I feel like I’m moving slower than everyone else 😅 But I’m starting to realise growth isn’t linear, especially with an ADHD mind. The slow days, the confused days, the “I don’t feel productive” days… they’re still part of the process. So instead of comparing timelines, I’m focusing on staying consistent and trusting my pace. Just a little reminder for anyone who needs it today: 👉 Moving slowly doesn’t mean you’re not moving. Can anyone else relate to this feeling?

Definitely can relate! Thanks for sharing - it's always good to know we're not alone! @Jasmine Doyle
ADHD + 32 Communities = Not Ideal
I’ve had a bit of a realisation this week and I’m curious how others handle this. I’m currently in 32 different Skool communities 😅 and even though a lot of them are valuable, I’m starting to notice how scattered my focus feels. There’s a lot of “engage more, add value, show up everywhere” advice, which I get, but for my ADHD brain it’s starting to feel pressured and misaligned. I’m building a membership community, starting a YouTube channel, trying to figure out ads and I really need deep focus time to actually learn all this stuff so I can build a solid foundation. Has anyone here intentionally cut down the number of communities or inputs they’re exposed to in order to protect their build time? Did it help or hinder your productivity? I'm thinking I'd love to cut back to maybe 5 groups that actually offer what I need at this time, but I guess I've got a bit of FOMO! Anyone else?

@Jorick Sikkes That makes sense, I hadn’t thought of it that way.

@Alison St. Romain Yeah, I feel the same way. Once I have all my ducks in a row 🦆🦆🦆🦆 Hopefully I’ll have more brain space. 🧠
