Sharing your wins as a testimonial that will help others
Congrats ladies on committing to the 10 day challenge. If you missed a few days or are still taking things at your own pace- HUGE congrats to you too. A big step in consistency is flexibility-that's the only way we can remain in control. Now, I'm going to ask you to step outside of your comfort zone again in order to grow. I want you to brag about yourself. (This is something so valuable I learned from @Ingmar Mareen and @Marta Kagan in their Self Pleasure community.) We can't be lean on the outside if our insides are still heavy meaning, we strengthen our mind + spirit and then the body automatically follows. Behavior change neuroscience: We are going to break the habit of negative self talk starting today because we want progress rather than the hamster wheel. It can be one sentence, one word or even a full paragraph. Ready, set go. I will go first

I love to win! If I have a goal to reach, I'm really good at staying focused because my competitive side gets the better of me...I don't really care about the prize, its all about getting the W! 🤣🦾
Challenge highlights and the winner!!
Congratulations to @Shelly Mau! Our challenge winner! Your prize will drop into your inbox today! Let's revisit some moments over the past few days where we all crushed this thing as a team! Women honored their commitment on low-energy days, then showed up here to log it. That behavior compounds—individually and as a group. We shared protein ideas that made mornings easier, especially for those who don’t love eating early or feeling overly full. We went over feedback --> improvement loops (analyze --> adjust-->analyze--> adjust) to get better (nutrition, strength, habit formation, etc) faster! People showed up and posted even when it felt uncomfortable. That extra layer of accountability didn’t just help them—it helped the whole group. What would you like to work on next? Drop some ideas below! No need to be shy; this is a judgement free place. It gives me an idea of how I can help you and we can help each other.

Thanks! I still feel like I cheated with my screen time points because I am very busy with my children's schedule and I made my family have no TV, phones or video games for an entire Saturday! Thank you Alyssa for having this challenge. It helped me figure out how and what to prioritize in my day to day life. I normally have a "plan" for my day, but when "life" happens and my "plan" needs to be adjusted, I used to easily drop my hour long workout. But now I know I don't "need" an hour long workout. 2 sets of 2 exercises in a pinch is all I need to move my body and get stronger!
Day 10 the final day of the challenge! Nice job & keep going!
Tally all the reps (and points) you put in over the past 9 days and give yourself a huge high five in the mirror. Copy and paste the following with your own score and self praise. -Done! _(grand total)_ points! LFG! Keep going! -Observation: Post a screenshot of your tracker below! Winner claims her prize and top praises all around. Go here to share wins (potential testimonials as proof that we rise and build strength better, faster within a team):

-Done! Grand total 372 points! LFG! Keep going! High fives! -Observation: This challenge made me realize that I used to skip workouts because I didn’t have enough time to do all the things I had planned. I learned that when I’m short on time, I just need to squeeze in 2 sets of 2 main exercises to my busy schedule to keep my body and my brain from getting too lazy! This thing is do-able ladies!
Day 9 of the challenge
9 days in. 💪🏽🙌 Skipped a day or two? Still COUNTS! Tally all the reps you put in over the past 8 days and give yourself a huge high five in the mirror. Copy and paste the following with your own score and self praise. -Done! _(grand total)_ points! Well done us! Let's keep going! -Observation: (fill your own... for example: "modified foot placement today-feeling it more in my ____")

Done! 362 points! Observation: Hamstring didn’t cramp up as quickly this time. Maybe I improved my foot position. Maybe it was because I did it barefooted on a thicker gym mat instead of with running shoes on a sidewalk…🤔

@Alyssa Furukawa no cramping later, just during the glute bridge. I tend to muscle cramp easily, but I usually can manage. Again, when I’m consistently moving and working my muscles, my issues tend to work themselves out….
Day 7 of the challenge
Is any habit starting to feel a little more like autopilot? Score it. Compare it to day zero. Keep in mind YOUR progress (rather than focusing on how far you have to go😉💪🏽) Copy and paste the following with your own score and self praise. -Done! _(grand total)_ points! -Observation: (fill your own... for example: "scheduling my workout at __ time has been working/not working for me")

@Alyssa Furukawa yes a short and high ROI session is easily sustainable. i think my next hurdle would be convincing myself to do it when i'm not in a "challenge", lol...my competitive side aids in my motivation...

@Alyssa Furukawa i think it could, if i had a normal consistent schedule, and I wasn't so tired all the time...lol
