YouTube: Who's on it? Who Wants to be on it?
YouTube is an absolute beast. One of the biggest hurdles I see with agents and YouTube is: 1. Not knowing what to say 2. Not knowing how to edit 3. They hate how they sound or how the look So let's address these elephants: 1. Think about 5 buckets or overarching ideas of what you could be talking about on the platform on a regular basis. If you're stuck on that, then use Ai to help you ideate. Or do some research on other creators that are doing what you WANT to do and use Harpa.ai to help with that. 2. If you haven't heard of upwork.com then you should have a look at it. You can find a video editor for $10-$15 per hour. Just keep in mind what your time is worth and apply that to the amount of time you would spend editing versus what someone with experience would spend. 3. I hate to break it to you, but you get one face, one voice for the rest of your life. If you hate how you sound or look, perhaps you need to see someone about that 😂 All kidding aside, it is going to take practice to get comfortable. So shoot but don't post. Critique. Rinse and repeat until you are comfortable in front of the camera. Seriously considering putting a training together on this...would you join if it was available?
