Day 12 Done 💪
Today I put several things into practice using Perplexity ChatGPT and Claude. Did the following while completing the workbook lesson. 1. Perplexity and ChatGPT created video description for: ● Video #1 - Why Starting Over At Any Age Feels So Hard and How To Fix It. ● I reviewed both and like what ChatGPT produced. ● ChatGPT also provided the keywords to use in script and recording, description and tags for SEO. 2. Prompted ChatGPT to create the script: it's ok 3. Prompted ChatGPT to create Timestamps & instructed it to start at 0.00. It gave me 10 time stamps: ● The hook ● Intro ● 6 additional sections ● My final message ● The CTA 4. Prompted Claude - I took the description and the time stamps and pasted to Claude to create a script and compare to ChatGPT. ● I like Claude's script and suggestions to pause. Slow down, relax, smile, speed up with energy, etc ● Didn't like the thumbnail suggestion as it used Words from the Title. I'm using 2 words: SCARED? FRUSTRATED? and my frustrated Face.🤣 GREAT EXERCISE TODAY Onward to scary recording day. Thank you in advance Cheering Squad😍 Cheering Squad Tags: @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Michael LeJeune @Ricardo Solomons @Jenny Sharratt @Jaye Brunner

@Michael LeJeune OK. That's a good point. Thank you. Yes, please give us your update on Gemini Timestamps. 😻
@Jenny Sharratt He's great. He does lots of Walk & Talk videos with notes that he looks at. He so natural and people love that he doesn't script not attempts to be perfect. He's real like talking to a person walking with him. Gestures, mistakes, relatable, really good.
Day 14 Done 💪
I'm relaxed today after recording the 1st video for the pivoting of my Channel with 2239 Subs. I'm curious to learn what impact it will have on current subscribers as it's a totally different niche and what viewers YouTube will share it with. The Starting Over At Any Age began!😻😍🙏 Onward to more recordings. Some shorts for marketing and continue what Alexa has shard upto Day 14. Relaxing with my 3 Cats. This is Pootie Tigger. 4 yrs, that I stepped on accidentally and he bit the back of my ankle & got very infected. Because of his Bite. Laying in bed 5 weeks, I began this Shifting..Starting Over Chapter in my life. Onward to Day 15. Day 13 Done💪
I was a bit uneasy about recording the video. GETTING STARTED: ●●Started by gathering and testing my equipment. ●● Plan Was to go to a park and record as I walked in wooded area. Didn't go as planned🤣🤪😂 ●●I recorded outside where we have trees because it got late on me and started getting dark. Cats joined me: 😻😻😻 ■ EQUIPMENT USED: ● iPhone Air Mic ● Samsung S26 Mic ● An Aisizon Wireless Lavalier Microphone bought years ago and hadnt used. Charged it. ● AB Shutter 3 - a clicker to start & stop recording ● Octupus Tripod EQUIPMENT TESTING: ■ Ran the following tests on a new iPhone Air and a new Samsung S26. ● #1 TEST : iPhone Air Mic Quality ● on tripod on kitchen counter ● walked around kitchen & living room, ● TV music on. ● RESULTS: quality is only good close to it, heard a bit of TV sound. ● iPhone Air does have a noise Correction option for after recording. ● #2 TEST: iPhone Air with Aisizon Wireless Lavalier Mic Quality ... ● Receiver connects to phone ● Lapel Mic on my shirt. ● Walked around kitchen & living room ● TV music on ● RESULT: Sound was better than iPhone Mic & didn't hear TV sound at all. AWESOME. ● #3 & #4 TEST: Samsumg S26 Android - Repeated the 2 Tests above ● RESULTS - were very similar DECISION: Record with iPhone Air & Aisizon Wireless Lavalier Mic NEXT - PLANNING: Watched Alexa's Day 13 Video and read Alexa's email from May 8th, with the 5 Step Action Plan below to write down and use to record with Bullets. So our first videos are not to be reading the script with a teleprompter the bullets are for a guide. The Action Plan Script your next video using this method: 1. Hook (5 min) 2. Key points (10 min) 3. Sub-points (10 min) 4. CTA (3 min) 5. Transitions (2 min) Total time: 30 minutes. Then film it. Don't refine the script. Don't rewrite it. Just film. MY PLANNING TIME: ● It Took about 30+ minutes to do these on paper. ● I then Had ChatGPT finalize them so I could refer to them on my Android phone. RECORDING LOCATION:

@Jenny Sharratt keep on going.
@Ricardo Solomons 😅
The Reason Your Weekly Video Starts Cold Every Single Time
The vast majority of creators think YouTube judges a video on its own merits. Post it, wait, see what happens. That's not quite how it works. When your video goes live, YouTube immediately looks for a warm audience to serve it to. People it already knows have an interest in what you talk about. If you've been quiet all week, that list is thin. So the video gets shown to cold traffic first, click-through is low, and the algorithm concludes nobody wants it. That's not a bad video. That's a cold start. Here's the fix. Every time someone watches a Short from your channel or sees a Community post, YouTube adds them to what I think of as your warm list. It knows they care about your topic. So when Thursday's video drops, it's got a pool of active, interested viewers to recommend it to right away. The first hour looks completely different. One long-form video per week is enough. But the week around it matters. A couple of Shorts clipped from the video, scheduled across the days before and after. A Community post or two keeping the topic alive. Daily presence without daily production. The one thing that kills this is Shorts that pull in the wrong audience. Trending sounds, off-topic hooks - they train the algorithm to associate your channel with people who'll never sit and watch a 15-minute video. Keep everything contextually relevant, and the model works. What does your week look like between uploads right now? Curious what people are actually doing.

@Des Dreckett That's great. I've learned that many coaches don't watch FB, IG, TIKTOK, etc, they only post. They're like produce content and respond to comments and marketing. Marketing, marketing. 😻
@Des Dreckett Got it.
Day 6 Done 💪
This lesson was a little bit more challenging for me because of the different pillars got a little confused so I didn't twice and then narrowing down the keywords versus the whole topic. I was also a little tired as I'm doing another project that requires homework every night and my going live on my tutoring YouTube channel that I'm pivoting on. Lots of notes again and it's done. Onward To Day 7. Cheering Squad Tags: Thank you in advance. @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Michael LeJeune @Ricardo Solomons @Jenny Sharratt @Jaye Brunner
Day 6 Done 💪
@Debbie Pearson You will at your pace. Thank you
@Cam F agreed. I'm learning a lot from watching her videos before each lesson. forgot to do some of them and I'm going back to watch them and see where I can improve what I already did Thank you for your comments and all the best to you keep it going.
