I'm Thinking of Doing a Live stream with a Difference!
Gidday Brains Trust I'm thinking of doing a Live stream to my YT channel with a difference. Not only will I be live, however, you can participate in the Live stream - not just via chat but by actually appearing in the livestream with your video and mics on and you can get to speak and/or ask questions as we go along. Topic: Claude AI - I have a prompt from a relatively well known YT Educator who swears by Claude ai and I want to test it out by using Claude ai. I was asked by a member to show how I speak to Claude and I thought doing a livestream testing the prompt might be a great way to do this. I would love you or many of you as possible to attend and participate. I'm thinking Tuesday 18th August 10am New York Time, Ontario Canada, which will be 9am Texas time and 7am Pacific Standard time. This will be midnight Sydney Aussie time, Wednesday 19th August for me. Is there anyone who would like to be a moderator of the chat for the livestream please? I would greatly appreciate this. Here is the link to the Livestream: https://webinarlivestream.com/j/03cc5d3e76dc2fad4b5956f820b64f4cc1cffd8abb20 I hope this will become a regular event, however, do have to start somewhere. I look forward to chatting to you on the Livestream PS:: I'll be using my Webinar Livestream app that I built with Claude AI, so this will also be a great test on how the app performs!!! @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Lillie Handy Dominguez @Sirit Albel @Maurits Menke @Diane Eddy @Shaps Benkau @Sb Hendricks @Jenny Sharratt @Catherine R @Alicia Ashley @Henriette Thranow @Ricardo Solomons @Mike Bayer @Jaye Brunner
I've put this on my calendar and alarm.

Tips! 💡
The Reason Your Weekly Video Starts Cold Every Single Time
The vast majority of creators think YouTube judges a video on its own merits. Post it, wait, see what happens. That's not quite how it works. When your video goes live, YouTube immediately looks for a warm audience to serve it to. People it already knows have an interest in what you talk about. If you've been quiet all week, that list is thin. So the video gets shown to cold traffic first, click-through is low, and the algorithm concludes nobody wants it. That's not a bad video. That's a cold start. Here's the fix. Every time someone watches a Short from your channel or sees a Community post, YouTube adds them to what I think of as your warm list. It knows they care about your topic. So when Thursday's video drops, it's got a pool of active, interested viewers to recommend it to right away. The first hour looks completely different. One long-form video per week is enough. But the week around it matters. A couple of Shorts clipped from the video, scheduled across the days before and after. A Community post or two keeping the topic alive. Daily presence without daily production. The one thing that kills this is Shorts that pull in the wrong audience. Trending sounds, off-topic hooks - they train the algorithm to associate your channel with people who'll never sit and watch a 15-minute video. Keep everything contextually relevant, and the model works. What does your week look like between uploads right now? Curious what people are actually doing.

YouTube Increased Required Watch Hours to 8,000
UPDATE: I'm GOING LIVE EVERY DAY at 7:00 PM CST to chat about YouTube Updates, News, Tips, anything I know and can find to share that will help us. I WILL GET THE 2,400 HOURS I NEED with uploading weekly content, going Live, and repurpose Long Form Videos to Shorts. _______________________________________________________________________________________ The YouTube Partner Program Changes 👉👉 STARTS Feb 1, 2027 — New Creators need 8,000 watch hours (was 4,000) + 1,000 subs. 👉👉 Shorts increase to 20M views. 👉👉Already monetized or Get Monetized by Jan 31, 2027? You are Grandfathered In. Just Need to Accept the New Terms in YouTube Studio. 💥💥Super Chats, Super Thanks, Memberships remain the same—need 500 subs + 3,000 hours. _______________________________________________________________________________________ So anyone that’s near or wants to reach a 4000 hours before February let’s help each other out to reach the 4000 hours by attending each other’s lives or watching videos. Even though becoming monetized is a great achievement it’s not the only way to make money, but it helps and would be great to accomplish it before February 1, 2027. _______________________________________________________________________________________ I’m asking for your support to attend my Saturday Live at 12:00 pm CST or Evening at 7:00 PM CST. https://www.youtube.com/@LillieHandyDominguez Starting YouTube at 71 | Saturday Live Q&A https://youtube.com/live/4OgmJfZR9xM?feature=share _______________________________________________________________________________________ I currently have 1,603.4 hours and would like to reach 4,000 before February 1, 2027. _______________________________________________________________________________________ ❤️❤️❤️I will support you! COMMENT WITH your CHANNEL Live link or videos TO watch if you want to reach 4,000 watch hours before deadline. ❤️❤️❤️ _______________________________________________________________________________________

Day 17 Done 💪 short strategy: fastest path to exposure
A little bit of frustratiion at the moment with SKOOL APP. I was almost done with this post and then I checked something else and it disappeared. This part of SKOOL I don't like plus it freezes alot. What I'll do from now on is safe the post several times to make sure I don't lose it, and keep editing., So today I created the following: ● Planned 3 Shorts That support my channel ● Crafted 3 shorts for each video and will be created either by Nexus Clips or Opus clips from the long form video. I'm evaluating both. ● Learned about Batch Recording - Ill be doing this since @Alexa Saarenoja stated that shorts clips from the long form video is the lazy way.. 😅🤣😂😻 I'll probably still create some clips from my long form using Nexus Clips or Opus clips or Submagic. ● Listed five bullet points for shorts ● Crafted 3 different kind of 1 Second Hooks ● Pain Hooks ● Result Hooks ● Myth Hooks Then A BOLD QUESTION ● Created Short's CTA - several examples ● Created Pinned Comment Text - there are different types of pin comments I learned from ChatGPT ● Reflection (engagement + relatability) ● Story Prompt ( Community Building ) ● Action step ( drives transformation mindset close) ● Barrier Identification (deep engagement trigger) ● Identity Shift (strong for my niche) PLUS ● Viral Style ex. ( be honest - are you actually stuck or just scared to begin again?? And more after watching Day 17 Video. Onward to day 18! Cheering Squad, Thank you in advance for your support. @Dr. Saundra Stancil On TV. you must use a Wireless Keyboard. I have used the computer, however I work from my phone, check email, texts, phone calls so I do that also on my phone. I do it from wherever I'm at like right now I'm eating my ice cream Oreo blizzard.😻
I haven't used nexus nor opus....I've been remixing my videos...yet very little. Seems like using blotato saves you a lot of time. That's nice and would be very helpful. Right now, don't want to spend $29/month....but I may later. You're right about the last mile counts....sharing to the mentioned social media takes time that's valuable. Thank you for you comment and your 1,2,3....that's cruicial. Appreciate you taking time to comment.
Great that you did a follow-up video on your experience of using AI & it helping.💪
