Real Question for Agents: More Closings… or More Money?
Hey team — I’d love your input on this. Which promise do you feel is most appealing to real estate agents? • Earning an additional $75K in commissions (assuming an average $5K per closing) • Adding 10–15 more closings per year • Or an offer framed around “Prospecting That Doesn’t Suck” — no cold calling, no chasing online paid leads Essentially, I’m trying to understand what resonates more: the income outcome, the transaction count, or the prospecting experience itself. Would love your honest feedback.

@Parker C. Smith Appreciate the feedback? And how do you feel about the "income" vs the idea of a less stressful way of prospecting? Is the income still the stronger pull in your opinion?

@Jason Pockrandt What are your thoughts on the 3 outcomes? Which do you think would resonate more for the average agent?
Inner Circle Call Recap: Your Money Set Point
Family — today’s call was 🔥 and I want to anchor one of the most important concepts we touched on, because this alone can change everything. We talked about Monthly NUT and how to cover it — primarily through real estate. But then @Jason Pockrandt and I went deeper… We uncovered something much bigger 👇 💰 Your Money Set Point Every single one of us has an internal money thermostat — a subconscious income set point. It determines: - How much money you believe is “normal” for you - How much you allow yourself to earn - How much you feel comfortable spending - How far you subconsciously let success go before you self-correct That’s why: - Some people never earn more than a certain amount - Others “cap out” year after year at the same income - Even when opportunity, skill, and effort are present It’s not intelligence. It’s not hustle. It’s subconscious programming. 🧠 We All Have Set Points (Not Just Income) We all have money set points around: - Hotels we’ll stay in - Shoes we’ll buy - Meals we’ll order - Cars we’ll drive - What feels “too expensive” vs “normal” And here’s the key… 👉 As income grows, those set points naturally expand 👉 BUT they can also be intentionally reprogrammed 🔄 The Good News Your money set point is learned. Which means it can be changed. And it’s not hard — but it is intentional. Once the subconscious shifts: - Behavior changes - Decisions change - Comfort zones expand - Income follows This is one of the reasons people can suddenly make more money with less effort — because they stopped fighting their own internal ceiling. 👀 What This Means for Inner Circle This group isn’t just about tactics. It’s about identity-level change. Over the coming weeks, we’ll continue to: - Identify hidden ceilings - Heal money beliefs - Raise internal set points - Align income with calling, not fear Because you don’t rise to the level of your goals… You fall to the level of your subconscious programming.

@Knolly Williams Even as I type that, at this current moment, this second...I feel so stuck smh But I'm also tired of stopping to reflect, or rediscover purpose etc...because I've done it...and I still end up here. It's like the path I feel called towards is a path of resistance towards a monthly nut...so, yes, that's why I seek advice and perspective and suggestions...because to move towards a monthly nut, a level of stability...it feels like it requires me to ignore purpose....and if I am to do that, I do need help, because on my own, I'm always feeling called to "purpose" which takes me away, objectively, from a path to a monthly nut, the thing my family (and I) need.

@Knolly Williams But I'll figure it out...at some point. Just gonna have to push through. I know I've been all over the place. Trust, I wish things were more clear for me. I envy the simple-minded person with obvious skill that points to one obvious focus. I genuinely wish I could just snap my fingers and "money" be enough pull and driving force that allows me to just simply choose, put my head down and charge a full speed. But I don't want to be overkill in the group with my stuckness, so I'll dial it back. I do appreciate the responses. Lol I know you're working overtime with someone like me
Choosing My Focus
Hey @Knolly Williams , so I finished listening the the portion of today's call that I missed. So, for starters, after that initial call, I did have a conversation with my wife about saying "I hate real estate" lol. I realized I'd gotten so comfortable just saying it. But yes, I realized it's not that I "hate" real estate. I'm just in a season of my life (and truthfully started drifting away since my tumor and brain surgery) where I don't want to exert the effort it requires to operate as an every day real estate agent, especially considering my current day job. I just feel like the season of me being an agent has shifted. So now I sit here, wanting to determine the direction I take to meet my monthly nut. That's where I'm currently standing. And like I said in another on another post, I enjoy the idea of training or coaching, but I think the challenge is what to build (and what makes sense for me, my experience, and credibility) and how to build it. As I mentioned before regarding you, your 1000 homes sold and other areas where you exceeded most, it presents thus extreme level of credibility that so many wish they had. So you can sell or lead with money, even though all of the mind work will be done inside of your coaching. So, what are your thoughts and advice? I'm ready to make moves...just stuck on the clarity to take action..that leads to the future clarity.

@Jason Pockrandt Lol yes I read both comments. A few things. So I've created offers and have gotten as far as a site..changing my social media...then 2 weeks in, or a month in, they don't seem to feel right. Now to be clear, I understand the importance of moving forward and committing long enough to evaluate. However, because I also know I have the ability to move forward for a few weeks and still pause because Im unsure of it...I have landed in this space where Im tired of doing that. And while the result is not productive, it had led me wanting more buy in and confidence in my choice sooner before moving forward....it's sort of why I subconsciously and consciously seek the perspective of others..because my perspective has let me down (again, how I feel at times...even though I know a lot of this is illogical). And what made me join Knolly...well that started back BEFORE this actual offer. I initially joined him as an agent years back. Yes, I resonated with Knolly and his message, but it was his success and his callout (because he does lead with money and results lol) that allowed me to justify choosing him. Granted, he doesn't lead with it in a snaky way, but he's smart enough to know his success and story (1000 homes in 10 years) is crazy leverage. You even mentioned it for a brief second on the call yesterday lol Also, so Ill be straight. I definitely don't have unresolved trauma around my surgery or tumor. If anything, that's the thing that created freedom for me. My tumor experience created clarity. In fact, I probably wouldn't be having this conversation about wanting to even operate as a different type of leader (as a coach or trainer) had it not been for my tumor experience. Truthfully, I have unresolved after effects of not obtaining the success I would have liked, in real estate. I can admit that. But then again, I think it's also pretty obvious lol I had or I guess have a friend who is an agent. We would chat and have convos. We used to work together on the same team. Anyways...fast forward, he did laps around in in real estate. Now let me be clear...thst never bothered me. I rooted for his success, but I also saw he was a harder worker, in a sense that he would do anything and everything to get where he needed to go. Where as I was the agent Knolly talks about...where it's tough for me to push through if the activity is outside of my zone.
Would it interest you to attract more clients—without the constant chase?
The chase works for some people… but it drained me. I don’t know everything, but I do know this: I never thrived with cold calling or door knocking. Any real success I had as a real estate agent came after I discovered my actual purpose as an agent. Here are a few ways I found to be more purposeful and attract more business: - Build or grow your list of 300 Cool People(They get touched ~3x per month) - Connect with local professionals(insurance agents, roofers, electricians, lawn care, etc.) - Bridge the two — give yourself a real reason to reach out to your Cool 300 - Bridge online + offline(social media + ~15 intentional calls per day) - Send an 8.5 x 11 mailer bimonthly - Leverage Knolly’s Success Toolkit to print your books - Serve people. Connect people. Become a Community Concierge — buyers and sellers follow - I genuinely believe everything works — you just have to find what works for you. Stay open to new approaches. I’d love your thoughts: - What are you vibing with? - What do you disagree with? Let’s talk 🙌🏽 @Knolly Williams ams @Jason Pockrandt — would love your thoughts too if your busy lives allow it 😄(It’s Friday, so no pressure.)

Hey...great video. It was honest and raw. I agree with the idea of sharing resources. I will certainly start sharing some of my resources when I was an active agent. I heard you say something that made me want to pose a question for you. So you talked about not really wanting to cold call or just make a bunch of calls in general. Is it "cold-calling" that you really don't want to do? Would you be more open to sphere of influence calls? Or is the idea of spending an hour or 2 on calls just not your thing overall?

@Jason Pockrandt Hmm So maybe just delegate the cold-calling portion. Hire someone to make those calls and set appointments for you. The SOI piece I do get. Although, my approach was always to have a genuine conversation...but I'm a conversationalist. And actually, I was flip it...call to just talk...see if they needed anything in general. I think the thing about calling SOI is you have to genuinely stop calling them for business..but still do the work of actually calling your SOI. Because your SOI needs to know and remember that you're an agent. But that doesn't mean you an agent should call them every time and try to talk about real estate. And if you like the face to face, then another approach is create events. Let your real estate business sponsor the event and just focus on being you during the event. Do a giveaway...but for every person that writes a referral of someone you should meet or connect with, they get two entries..or three...point is, be you...but still do business related events. Now...perhaps the reality is that you don't really want to work the business at all. Maybe it is just a matter of hiring cold callers to set appointments for you and transaction coordinators to get the transaction to closing
