@Sebastian Riesbeck now that would be brilliant for me... I love culturally diverse food. The problem is not the inability, its the willingness to cook that is the problem of the nemesis. I had considered doing all the cooking, however I will end up doing everything in the household. 😁

@Oliver Wing yes Oliver... I can imagine.
✨ The First Cooking Class
We’re going to do the first cooking class in the community at the end of the month! It will be a FREE class for everyone in the community, probably 30 minutes long. It will be done on Skool call - - I will livestream my cooking and you cook by following along. The cooking is ideal with a wok, but if you only have a pan, that’s also Ok. I will provide all the details and the ingredients needed. I will try to make it as simple as possible - cook simple meals and use simple ingredients that everyone has access to. Actually, we will choose together which meals to cook. Let me know if you’d want to participate!

I will be eating biltong in Cape town
Sausages
I don't like the sausages we so often can buy in the supermarkets and some butchers don't always use the best ingredients. Many years ago I had an acquaintance who was a butcher based in Johannesburg who specialised in sausages. He was really busy one weekend and I had time off so helped him with a huge order he had to complete before the end of the weekend.. Here is a base recipe with some regional twists.

@Cyrano Johnson Yes, we do enjoy Boerewors... if you dry it out like Jerky its awesome good. We call it droewors! (dry sausage) and its protein rich and a crowd pleaser!
I made this in the air fryer and didn’t expect THIS 😱 Restaurant-style chicken with vegetables
Todaywe’re making a juicy chicken stew in the air fryer 🐔🔥 full recipe Tender chicken fillet, plenty of vegetables, and aromatic spices make this dish rich, colorful, and incredibly tasty. Everything is cooked in one bowl with minimal effort — perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Just chop, mix, and let the air fryer do the rest

Oliver, you are chef therefore you are a purist. I just like food, so I do not worry what cooked it for me. I use an air fryer because it does what I need it to do, cook my food. I also use a microwave. I go to a restaurant and usually I have no idea what it was cooked in, however I can tell if I like it or not.
