In view of the previous post I feel we need a new name for the comminty ... because next month we will be exploring a different app AND whether or not you have the app on your phone you can still enjoy the live sessions and the journeys that i share We will also endevor to start exploroing some functional breathwork (pranayamas, kriyas) So who is in? any name ideas? I was thinking PULSE or The Butterfly Club (cos i love butterflies BREATH & FEEL what do you think? any idea of a name for this community ? please do the poll below :)

Hey everyone Just recieved a message from someone who is unable to afford the app and also was a perturbed that the price of the app was not mentioned in advance... honestly I didnt think it such a big issue. Personaly I dont care if you sign up for the app or not. Its not my app and yes i get a commision and yes i am a 9D facilitator and coach but my focus is to support people to have an independent practice and not be relient on apps .. however much of a support they can be. The value of the 9d app is fair but i understand that is out of the reach of some with financial difficulties In this community there will be ongoing support for free .... and the opportunity to enter the inner circle for extra guided practices and 9D sessions with me (49 dollars a month) AND maybe we will all enjoy some other free trials... i just had someone contact me who has a really amazing breathwork app with lots of integration practices ... and its only 79 dollars per year. So this is the deal.. if you want to work on yourself and explore the power of the breath you are in the right place.. you can do that for free in this community .. you can enter into the inner circle when and if it opens for 49 dollars a month .. and if you want to subscribe to the app its up to you . maybe we should change the name of the group to make this a little less 9d specific... You can join directly from there. Replays will be posted in the classroom after the session. Sessions range from 15–30 mins or 1–1.5 hours (see calendar for details). Please be sure to watch the 1st day replay with the intro to 9D breathwork. 3) Community space. Feel free to share and support each other here by commenting on posts. Please keep things respectful and on topic. 4) Integration (important) After any deep breathwork, give yourself space to integrate. Three simple ways: - Yoga Nidra or rest practices - Gentle movement / somatic stretching with music - Journaling ...allow thoughts and emotions to flow 5) Contraindications.
