Overwhelm? or something else?
Hey guys.. who's is touching on moments where you think you may be overwhelmed? Well, what i see is It's not always anxiety. It's not always falling apart. Sometimes it's just... numb. Flat. Going through the motions. Holding everything together on the outside while feeling very little on the inside. That's not weakness. That's a nervous system that's been switched on for too long. And breathwork? It doesn't just calm you down. It wakes you back up and helps you to be in the driving seat of your emotions 😄 No live today... but I week from now we're diving into the Coherence app together and everyone gets a free one month trial. We'll be using it live and trust me, you're going to love it. See you next week 🙌 Scarlett x

Feeling Overstimulated? Try This Moon Breath
Good morning, everyone! Happy Thursday! I hope you've all had a good week so far and are taking a few moments to slow down and check in with yourselves. Today I want to share a pranayama practice that I really love: Chandra Bheda, or the Moon Breath. I think it's especially relevant at this time of year. We're in a season that naturally carries a strong yang energy there's more movement, more activity, more doing, and it's easy to get caught up in that outward momentum. Chandra Bheda offers us the opportunity to balance that by reconnecting with the quieter, more receptive side of ourselves: stillness, intuition, and deep listening. This beautiful pranayama is connected with the energy of the Moon and with Ida Nadi, the lunar energy channel associated with cooling, calming, and introspective qualities. The word Chandra means "Moon," and Bheda means "to pass through" or "to pierce." Through this practice, we consciously activate the lunar pathway of the breath, creating space for softness, balance, and inner quiet. I often recommend this practice when life feels busy, intense, or overstimulating. It's a gentle reminder that slowing down isn't about doing lessit's about creating the conditions to feel more balanced, present, and connected. By cultivating this lunar energy, we allow the nervous system to settle, the breath to soften, and the mind to become quieter. I hope you enjoy this practice and that it offers you a moment of calm, wherever you are today. Enjoy your practice🤍 🌛 How to Practice Chandra Bheda (Moon Breath) . Sit comfortably with a tall spine. Relax your shoulders, close your eyes, and take a few natural breaths. Bring your right hand into Vishnu Mudra: fold your index and middle fingers into the palm. Use your thumb to close the right nostril and your ring finger to close the left. Close the right nostril with your thumb and inhale slowly through the left. If it feels comfortable, pause for a moment. Then exhale through the right nostril. Continue with the same pattern: Inhale left. Exhale right.
