1️⃣ Reconnecting with so many of you!
Catching up over Zoom, seeing your beautiful faces and resetting our goals for the last 5 weeks of the year has filled my cup. It feels good to realign, re-energise and remember that we’re all in this together. 🤝✨
2️⃣ Turning a setback into a comeback!
I injured my ankle over a week ago, but instead of letting it stop me, I shifted my mindset. A limitation doesn’t mean I need to cease everything, it means I focus on what I can control. I’m staying on track with my nutrition and adapting my training!🦵🔥
