@Georgia Krueger woohoo, go girl!!! Never be afraid to ask for help in the gym! I do it all the time if I’ve never used a machine or need help getting set up. It’s the only way you’ll learn and also not injure yourself!!! Don’t hesitate to send me a pic/video and I can help as well xx

It’s the day to: - Reset your mind 🧠 - Realign your priorities 🧭 - Prepare your energy 🔋 When you take even 30 intentional minutes today, you reduce stress, increase focus and step into the week with clarity instead of chaos. 🧠 A Quick Sunday Reset Grab a notebook or open your notes app and answer these: 1. What do I want this week to feel like? E.g do I want to feel calm, Productive, Balanced and/or Courageous? 2. What are the 3 most important things I need to do this week? Not everything, just the needle-movers. 3. What’s one habit I’ll commit to this week? E.g 10-minute walk, earlier bedtime, planning tomorrow tonight, drinking more water. 👉 Small habits compound. This is how goals are actually achieved. 🎯 2026 Goal Reminder Most goals fail not because of lack of motivation but because of lack of systems. Instead of: - “I want to be healthier” Try: “I walk 15 minutes every morning after breakfast” Instead of: - “I want to be successful this year” Try:“I plan my week every Sunday night” Clarity beats motivation.
