Monday was a high energy day, I felt good, the kids went back to school, excited to get back into the routine of things.
Tuesday- was a down day, felt so defeated, but sales were good, just tired, grumpy, in a mood all day, even apologized to my kids about it at breakfast.
Wednesday- was better, not as high on Monday- but not as grumpy or exhausted, was able to focus
Thursday - Today - I got up like I normally do at 530, got dressed, made breakfast with my 5 yr (my early bird). and then I was able to shower and I laid down for what i was hoping a few minutes - ended up becoming a 30 minute nap - a reset to the day..
What is your roller coaster like? How do you handle when your hormones are all over the place and sometime you just need a cat nap?
I knew it was hormones the high energy and then the crash.
