Technical Difficulties

Hi ladies, I have a question about going live and internet connection. As you ladies have witnessed my internet is spotty during coffee chats.

I did some research and tested my upload speed and I'm well above the minimum required value of 10 Mbps. It says ideal is between 20-40 Mbps and mine was in the 100's so I'm not sure what the issue is.

However, the research I did said to try an ethernet cord and plug my computer directly to the router or turn on my hotspot on my cell. I'm going to try those things on my next calls to see how they work but in the meantime, I wanted to see if any of you know if Skool has a default setting for video at 1080p and if there is a way to change it to 720p to reduce bandwidth and see if this helps.

Anyone good with this kind of stuff? I'd like to have the problem solved before my live in
