Morning champions!!!
What did you have for your morning hydration/energy boost?!?!?
I’ll go first…after my morning glass of water with lemon and Celtic salt, I made iced protein coffee with a scoop of Formula 1, and collagen.
- Over 20g of protein
- Collagen for skin elasticity, fine lines & wrinkles
- Just 80mg of caffeine to give me a little kickstart
