I made a stir fry dinner for today and tomorrow. It has 3 whole eggs, half a cup of egg whites, one can of chicken, one bag of riced cauliflower, and one bag of frozen veggies (carrots, asparagus, corn).
I’m ready to start the day - I have my whipped electrolytes to begin the day and go with my shake for breakfast. I have my tea and water prepped for later this morning!
@Cheryl Shiffman I think it will be very beneficial for me. I really didn’t want to walk last night but it was my only thing left to take down the sticky note so to the treadmill I went!
I stated my day with CR7 hydration and a Reese’s Pieces shake and added Fiber, extra protein, probiotic, and Prolessa Duo. Now I’m eat one egg and 1/4 cup egg whites, avocado, and one piece of sourdough bread. My meal plan calls for 3 eggs but I can’t do that many eggs in a day so I like to sub egg whites to keep my protein high. What’s everyone else eating this morning?
