@Kimberly Marquez I hear ya sis 🤣 I personally have a terrible sweet tooth and I’m also a boredom snacker. BUT, thankfully we have come up with some extremely effective solutions, to overcome these constant battles. One easy, and immediate solution, is simply inviting them to the group with us so we can all fight off these little demons together know as temptations. here’s a list of a few things i do: - Make one of our meal replacement shakes (or turn it into a protein waffle) - Drink a gallon of water in (always adding electrolytes, Celtic salt, and/or sodium bicarbonate - Plan my protein and fiber the previous day to assure satiation - Eat low calorie snacks (high protein, healthy fats, minimal carbs) - Smell cake and eat celery…im just kidding about the last one 😝
