Day 15/21
Last night was the first night I skipped a post but I was exhausted from cooking and cleaning all day!!!!
I had grilled chicken with mashed potatoes for lunch and grilled chicken salad for dinner.
I had to do all of my workouts sitting down yesterday because my ankle is bothering me a little bit. I did legs, abs and arms.
