Hi Everyone, My name is Niemah ( Nye-ee-ma ) im from New York. My goal for this challenge is to be consistent. Consistency is something i struggle with when it comes to my physical fitness because i am used to seeing what id consider fast results due to being an athlete throughout high school. I am 5 years post grad and looking to join the air force so i am using the shred to also help me jumpstart my training for BMT. I look forward to sharing my progress throughout the session :)
