These were great videos. It’s really easy to overlook all of the good that we have in life just because something isn’t what we want or think. My mindset shift is: I’ve got to workout -> I get to work out (some can’t) I’ve got to work -> I get to work, I’m lucky to have a job I love. Some aren’t as lucky. I’m going to be working on being more appreciative of the opportunities I’m presented with on a daily basis that are so easy to look past because they’re “just life”, but if they weren’t possible, life would look very different.

Ready to kick some butt!
Hi, my name is Ashley. I’m here because I’m ready to do something so outside of my comfort zone. I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) for the better part of 7 years to lose weight for health reasons, and nothing seems to be doing it. My hope is that, in this first 21 days, that I get into a really good groove to start making some meaningful progress and change in my life and lifestyles.

This makes so much sense! For the longest time I thought it was all about harder workouts, and going longer. Diet really does so much more than we think
