Screen Boundry is a lot harder than I thought it would be. Being retired, I surf and read a LOT! Nothing before Daily 10 gets me moving! I did a longer full body strength program today. I might be feeling that tomorrow. Kept telling myself, “sweating is a good thing” 😆
