Very busy day today. Still rocked it.
Only flaw was sitting down to eat a homemade protein ice cream at night while watching Survivor. It's healthy, but technically it was my 2nd snack.
Orange Julius Protein Ice Cream
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup homemade almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Mixed with Ninja Creami blender. 48g Protein 💪
