It's about the end of another week? How? I really do feel myself burning out a little bit. Going to sleep has been hard, even if I go to bed around the same time every night, it can still take me hours to fall asleep. Which can make things difficult because I have to get up before 5am for work. I didn't push myself to much after work today, I did some yoga and made an easy dinner. Luckily I don't work for the rest of the week. I'm going to take this weekend to refocus.
