Today, I felt a bit sore, but other than that, I'm pretty okay. Unfortunately, even tho I went to bed relatively early I still struggled a lot getting to sleep. Fortunately, though, I slept well enough that work wasn't affected. I am definitely heading to bed a little earlier today.
